This best buy (along with the other best buys in Tulsa metro) is nothing but a horrible experience. From the time you walk you feel unappreciated. It begins when you have not even hit the store yet!! You are at home and try to call to see of an item is available but receive no answer at all. So you then are forced into the store. When you get to the store you are bombarded by salesman....That is UNTIL you have a question about something then there is no one to be found. When you finally do get someone to help you and you ask them if they have a specific item and they have no idea what you are talking about they will simply say "we do not carry that here" or "if its not over there we dont have it". They will not lift a finger to go out of their way to provide you anything more than the bottom of the barrel customer service (except for one gentleman at the midtown store wearing a white shirt in the PC section. He actually opened a monitor box to verify it had the cables I needed which in turn I was pleased and bought the monitor). The prices are TWO TIMES what I would pay ordering online from a store such as newegg (which is the BEST in my opinion price , product and service). Their super-duper "product replacement plans" are almost forced upon you at checkout time. Then when you are walking out you are carefully inspected (everything short of a full cavity search) to ensure you are not some kind of bandit. Point in case I would much rather read reviews online and have REAL people with REAL expertise answer my questions and help me decide on a product. These people at Best Buy are nothing more than programmed robots.

I bought an accidental damage plan for an Iphone 5 and while yes its expensive I was told that whenever I had a phone issue I could bring it in and they would issue me a replacement within 24 hours. Sounds nice right... That is not what my experience was.. They told me it would be there within 3 days, fine I can deal with that. I call on the third day and was told it was not in yet and would be in the following day. Ok, mildly annoying but not a huge deal. I call the next day and am informed that they have no idea when it will be in.. They told me the phone was back-ordered, its an Iphone 5 the most popular phone out right now there is no way they should be out of them. I know for a fact that I can find 100 in the BBuy stores here and a dozen at ATT (the fulfillment agency). I ask her how the phone went from being 1 day away to being back ordered for ATLEAST 2 WEEKS. and she tells me she has no clue. I am told they can give me a "loaner phone" which consists of an ancient flip phone. I am honestly really angry with this. I am generally a proponent of Best Buy, but this lack of correct service (as the contract I signed spelled out) is ridiculous. I pay $30 a month so that when these things happen it gets taken care of in a timely manner, but since I have already paid the $ I have to just wait and hope they ship me a phone in a couple weeks.

As almost every savvy consumer knows, unless you need an electronic product in your hand right now, Amazon is always a better bet. I recently went to Best Buy to upgrade some filming and audio equipment for one of my YouTube channels, and they only had one of the pieces I was interested in. They told me that they could finance it for me, and have it shipped to my place, which still didnt seem much different than shopping on Amazon. But I was excited to upgrade, so I started the process of getting their in-house financing. When the process was complete, the guy told me that the "instant credit" was approved, but that there would be a $60 copay attached to my first bill. Ive dealt with multiple credit systems in the past, and that was absolutely outrageous to me. So I said "No thanks", and walked out. After getring back home, I looked into Amazons 12 month no interest plan, and was approved with caveats in just a few minutes. Best Buy, if youre listening, get more competitive with Amazon, or kiss your company goodbye.

I should have read the reviews before setting a step into this store!! It is as written HORRIBLE SERVICE specially with GEEK SQUAD! I cant believe it! They are very UNRELIABLE and do not know what they are doing! After my new HP laptop suddenly died when I was working on my final paper I asked if my data can be saved million times and NO was the answer. After returning home I was told it could be saved. I called back again and who ever was on the phone said "sure, do you agree on paying $99.99 for that?" and I agreed so she said she would put a note on my case. I came back few weeks later to pick it up and was told then that no request of saving the data was noted, but they would ask immediately to do that and would call me back. I waited till next week and called and the employee on the phone said "Oh, sure I will let my supervisor call you back" without verifying my name or phone number. He pretended to do that after I asked him. Of course no one called me back. I called again next day to face the same problem!

Baught about $950 worth of electroncs the same month that i baught my printer. I saw it cheaper the Sunday before Cyber Monday on BestBuys website so i sent my wife in to price match it on cyber Monday because I working at the time. They told her it was a Cyber Monday deal so they couldnt do it but if she came in the next day they would take care of it. So I go in the next day right before work and they tell me they cant price match, so I call for the "manager" and all she seems to be good at is repeating herself saying "they cant price match cyber Monday and now that its off Sale they cant do it. However I was trying to get my point across that had the employee had been honest with my wife and told her that they couldnt do it at all even if we came in the following day and it wasnt on sale. I would have just returned the printer and ordered it online had we been given accurate information. She still refused to use what I call "old fashion customer service " and still did not take care of me.

This best buy offers the worst customer service one can ever think of. I bought a camera online which was offered online. They told me that the product is available for in store pick up. But when I went in, the product was not available. They offered me another camera of my choice but that was offered at a price much higher than what I could get online. Finaly when they brought in the camera which they said that it was a new one but when I opened the box, I found that the camera was a used one and the store representatives simply said that it was just a mistake. All this happened after making me wait for two hours. Then I selected another camera which they had on the display. But then were saying that they had a new one. I would never in future go to this store nor would recommend anyone to go to this store. It was indeed a terrible experience where in I had to cancel the order and also they said that they cannot refund the money instantly.
