100% satisfied. With years and years of experience in the AAA game development industry, I know what great IT support entails. I never expected to find the same level of expertise, understanding, and friendliness that I get at work when I looked for someone to fix my ailing personal laptop -- but I did. By chance I called Computerx, and I am sure glad I did. They came to where I lived for free, they offered me a temp machine while mine was being fixed, and they charged fairly for the work done -- my repairs took like 12 hours but since most of it was automated Daniel only charged for the time an actual human was doing work. Most importantly, these guys are experts. My machine has been utterly hosed on two separate occasions and, even though I am a programmer, it amazes me how easily Daniel has been able to get it fixed. I wont be taking my business anywhere else.

Ive only worked with Daniel, and this guy is a saint! When my laptop broke down after a few years, he fixed it. When it broke down again a while later, which had nothing to do with the job of fixing it the first time, he made me a brand new computer using the motherboard from the laptop for a GREAT price, and it runs PERFECTLY! Not only is the computer great, but he found the best prices for the parts to it, he keeps giving me advice on loads of different things, helps me find the best prices for everything that I want to buy, and a lot of times hell have a part I need a sell it for a good price! Life-saver! If you are able to SOMEHOW get to this guy for help, DO IT! You wont regret it! /Erik

I had 2 laptops that were unusable. I took them into Daniel and he was incredible. He consulted with me from beginning to end and gave me options on repair. He told me why he suggested certain options and answered all questions in layman’s terms. He fixed both laptops and they are running like new. I also could not believe how reasonable the cost was. He is the most honest and reasonably priced person I have dealt with, when it comes to computer repair. There was nothing sacrificed on quality, customer service and speed of service. I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him for any future repairs.

Expert, efficient and friendly support. I thought my HP desktop had crashed because of a bad HDD. All tests indicated that was the problem. However after looking at it, Computerx found out it was simply a bad RAM card. I wasted several hours of my time trying new HDDs with no success. In less than an hour Computerx found the real problem and fixed it. I will never again do-it-myself, even though Im a retired electronics engineer and a computer geek. Or so I thought. Computerx is at the top of my list.

I just had Daniel with Computerx do a complete upgrade on my laptop and also remove a virus and change my hard drive to a SSD drive. Sounds expensive right but he was very affordable and even included a FREE 30 day Windows subscription since mine had ran out. He was very professional and even was able to do most of this remotely as I sit at home drinking a cocktail. I highly recommend their services and trust them completley.
