Came out here from Dallas for the elusive Wii U power cable that was listed in stock. The staff (on duty at the time was named Kyler) was very friendly and we had a nice conversation and the store trip experience was overall pretty great. Unfortunately I had already gotten home before I realized that it was not the same cable as labeled. I left feedback on their feedback website (since the store was closed already) alerting management of the issue and stating Id be back during my next free time to get a refund. A couple days later I got a call from the manager Meghan apologizing, even though it wasnt a big issue (I spend enough time looking through physical shops for hard to find games to know what to expect for parts as rare as this, and drive enough that I dont mind the trip) and she even said shed honor the refund even if I couldnt make it out before the receipts deadline. When I got to the store she was really helpful, very nice, and very quickly and professionally handled the whole situation. This is a great store with great staff!

I brought my son here to spend some of his birthday money and he bought Mortal Kombat. He was excited to go home and play but as soon as we popped it in nothing happen. The game was a bust. I called and spoke with an associate who was friendly said they would switch it out. Im finally back up here a couple days later its 3:30pm and the doors are locked with theres a sign on the door saying "be back in 15 minutes" during regular business hours. Very unprofessional. I live 30 minutes away and arriving to see this sign was a joke. If this store allows their associates to randomly close down the store whenever theyd like I wont be coming back.
