We had a credit from when we returned an xbox one from them because we ended up buying a ps4 cash because its cheaper than the total amount we would of been paying with Best Way. We had couches that we were paying on, and they told us we couldnt use that credit towards our couches and I said it was bullshit so we just ended up giving them the couches back and again buying some couches elsewhere CASH. So much cheaper than being in payments with BestWay. Recently we decided to give them another chance, because they kept bugging us and calling about an offer on a laptop. So we took it. My husband spoke with a guy about his payments, and he promised him one price and the next day it was something else. So now here we are again, we are giving them their laptop back because its always the same story.....the price magically changes, and what one person says doesnt match what the other one says. I advise everyone to just buy what you need cash or save up for it. Too much of a hassle with Best Way and you are paying triple of what the retail price is.

I dont like them at all I would never ever recommend anyone to them Im a good customer Ive bought to much from them there customer service sucks sometimes ppl have financial problems n they wont work with you so to hell with them Im almost threw paying for my stove n refrigerator I be dam if I let them in to get it
