I had an issue with my band 2 skin splitting. Took an appointment to and drive 45 minutes to get a replacement. First question tech asked me from where I purchased my band2. I replied I bought it online from Dell. His response was, you need to talk to dell for this problem. I was shocked to hear his answer, why I would ask dell to replace or repair a Microsoft product? After few minutes of argument, he said he will go and talk to his boss. He went back store, and came back after a while and said it looks like it has been abused and does not cover by warranty. I argued back, why it is stripping from both sides and why Microsoft forum is full of similar complains from thousands of customers? From this point on I realized Microsoft stores are for sales only, not to take care of customers like APPLE do. I am no fan of apple but whenever anyone in my family have any issue with APPLE product, they went to their nearest store and got a replacement without any lame questions or answers like I received from Microsoft Store. A huge disappointment with technical service and store Manager. Sorry Microsoft, i was also looking to buy a surface but after this incident, I do not think I would like to deal with Microsoft Products.

The Store looks good. Getting appointment was easier. Folks were trying to make sure that we were attended....But the technical Service was terrible! The person was interested in collecting my data to enter into the system and entering her suggestions (just to make sure she was covered). She also told that she will explain about the system that I could buy if mine didnt work. She made sure that she noted these points into the system. (Probably She finished her task). But there was no attention after she got my signature. My 13 month old tablet didnt work and they didnt bother. I had used only about 100 hrs. I always wanted to try APPLE.... have been a big MS fan until now. She gave me enough reasons to create another APPLE bragger.

A very awesome store! Customer service was excellent! The store gives off a Apple Store vibe, but Microsoft does it better. There is a lot more to do in the Microsoft Store when compared to the Apple Store as well. Wide variety of excellent computers put on display and a small section of about 3 or 4 Xbox Ones that a person can hop on and play some games.

Its nice to see all the higher end PC stuff they have on sale BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I CAN FIND HELP, STOP ASKING EVERY 2 MINUTES. If a customer walks up to look at a Surfacebook or tablet, dont jump on them like a lonely duck at the park looking for love. The dancing game in the area outside the store is great to entertain kids and... old men.
