Allie in printing service always exceeds all expectations! Ive come into this location for printing matters plenty of times & every time I encounter Allie her vast knowledge, great people skills & dedication to her work radiates as my finished products always come out over the top amazing. She has gone above & beyond for even the slightest print job I come in with. She always has great helpful tips & ideas that end up making my projects twice as good. I one time walked in with the idea to blow up a meme I made online & print it on photo paper. I was also purchasing a foam poster board as all this was coming together as a totem for a music festival. After some laughs at my image & some digging, Allie saw the exact idea I had in my mind for my totem. Instead of all the time & mess gluing a big photo print to foam poster wouldve been for me, she actually had my picture printed ON foam board! It was a way better alternative that was half the cost, easier to work with AND more detailed. Go find Allie for all your business center needs!

Came in here twice today, and the service was beyond rude, felt extremely discriminated by Daphne. I wanted just a simple paper copy, the first time she told me it would take an hour, a few hours when I came back, Daphne took my papers and held them, without making the copies, she was counting business cards instead. After 5 minutes of not making the copies I just asked for my papers back, didnt even bother to help she just pointed me towards a different store to make a copy and thats it, so rude. You can have a nice printer and copier but with employees like her, you will lose your business. And if I could give zero stars I would. Defenitely dont recommend for their customer service, not coming back for sure. Total opposite from my previous experiences at this location, didnt catch her name a lady with red hair, she was so professional and super quick. Avoid Daphne

The actual staff at this location is really really nice. Its your upper management that needs training. Especially in the area of customer service. I was told Alicia Baltazar was the general manager so I had an encounter with her today. Well, she has no customer service skills and it makes no sense that I had to call the Presidents Office to get my situation corrected when I was told it was something she could have done. She was very dry and pretty much not willing to go the extra mile to assist me. She pretty much walked away and never returned to even see if I needed any additional help. As a customer thats offensive and unexceptable.

All I can say is that this store is great for one reason, and that reason is Steve the manager. He was a very understanding man who addressed my issue with a purchase from over a month ago, without hesitation. He had no obligation or reason to help but he did, and my friend and I will always remember his kindness. Thanks so much Steve, we toast to you.

Consistently poor experience to the point where I try to avoid this chain altogether. Clueless and unhelpful sales staff, perpetually out of stock on advertised and marketed items, hard to find and navigate through the store. Routinely will not honour their own coupons. More hassle than its worth, wont be back.

This place is the worst. Dont try to print anything because theyll have you standing around for 15 minutes twiddling your thumbs. Horrible customer service, filled with incompetent rude people. Better service at Office Depot 1 block away.

Im am so MAD! Went to Staples today, Christmas Eve. Website said they would open at 8:00 AM! Got there and the sign said they wouldnt open until 10:00! Office Depot will get my business!
