It is ridiculous trying to contact the store by phone. Electronic answering service that does not allow you to talk to an actual person without going through countless waiting and switching from one digital recording to another. What happened to personalized service and having someone who you can talk to answer the phone find out your needs and then transfer you to someone who can answer a question. Finally someone answered from Apple Care, and they were not even at the store. Now waiting for the store to answer after being transferred back to the number I dialed originally. Going on 30 minutes waiting just to find out if the store has received the replacement phone they were having sent to the Woodlands Store for us to pick up. The recording keeps telling me you are the next customer, finally it starts ringing. I have now listened to the phone ring about 50 times with no answer, waiting for the inevitable click of disconnection. The phone has continued to ring without being answered, so the obvious question now, is where have I been transferred to. I still waiting and the phone has continued ringing for about 10 straight minutes. Should I continue to endure this or should I just hang up and send this review of an obvious broken system of customer care. How disappointing to have such good products, and such poor customer service. It has now been 45 minutes and I still have not been able to speak to anyone in the store. Phone is still ringing but after over 100 rings I think I have been transferred to some pay phone in Arizona. Im done!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay far away from this store!!! I have been a loyal Apple customer for 10 years. I love Apple from my IPhone to my I MACS. I went in because of a problem with my iPhone waited over a hour. To be told that my phone had to be shipped off ok not a problem I was told 3 days. Now 8 days later I went back to the store to get a update they had no update and didnt bother to reach out they said they cant call to see whats going on. They told my wife to leave the store and not come back until she received a call stating is was ready. WOW!! My wife told me what they had told and how they treated her and she was so upset to where her feelings were hurt. I went up there about 20min later with my wife and the guy that helped her asked very rudely what are you doing back. I asked to speak to a manager and didnt get anywhere updates, what can we do to help and she stated that she cant call and would email them. Well today I was able to call and she didnt email anybody. I can call but the store manager cant!! I have never experienced service like this from this Apple store go to a different one until they can fix there problems. Also when I called Apple they were very polite and are going the extra mile and is contacting the store and said I will receive a call and what the store did is unacceptable!!! UPDATE The store just shipped out my phone yesterday the 27th. I took it in on the 21st UNBELIEVABLE STEER CLEAR OF THIS APPLE STORE!!! NOTHING BUT RUDE AND LIES!!!

I went in with a software issue and battery issue and the staff COULD NOT have been faster or more helpful. I walked in late yesterday with no appointment, so my battery couldnt be fixed then and there, but the girl fixed my software issue, checked to see if my battery was in stock, reserved my battery, and explained why my battery was messed up and explained the whole process of fixing it and any issues that might come up while theyre trying to fix it. She puts notes in their system so when I came back it would be a quick fix and I wouldnt have to go through the whole process of explaining my problem all over again. When I came back at opening the next day, someone was outside of the door BEFORE THEY OPENED to get people checked in for faster service. When I walked in the store a tech dude was waiting for me with my battery in hand. He had it fixed quickly and properly for me. I came back later today because my phone was having trouble downloading the OS and the nicest guy fixed it for me on the spot. The store was packed but I was out of their with a fixed phone in just a few minutes. Everyone had a great attitude and nobody tried to upsell me. They just tried to quickly and honestly fix my problem. I will never go to a phone store for phone issues again, Apple Store all the way! The only complaint that I have is about the apple website- I cant give customer service feedback directly to Apple about their staff!

I booked an appointment for a screen repair and was told it would be 2 hours. I arrived within 10 minutes of receiving my text and was told that repairs take an hour and they were closing in an hour and 10 minutes so they wouldnt repair my phone. I explained to the manager, the representative booked the appointment and I had already been waiting 2 hours. They said they would try to squeeze it in. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing as instructed and was told that they found water damage and wouldnt replace the cracked screen. I needed a $300 swap. This makes absolutely no sense, the phone is in perfect working condition- just with a cracked screen. Apple is doing a great job of alienating their clientele. Their technology is old and in desperate need of update. Competition has waterproof phones and impact resistance. This company is now surviving on a dead legacy that grants then the right to gouge their customers. Excited to switch once my contact is up.

I was very pleased with the assistance that I received from the manager, Cori Ichimura. I have had trouble with the power cord for my MacBook Air, and over 5 years have had to replace it several times. The last time I was in the store, about 18 months previously, I was given a cord with no questions asked. It was my expectation that many have had similar problems, based upon what I have read online. On this recent occasion, the genius told me that the cord was out of warranty; apparently one year. Actually, since it had previously been provided at no cost, no warranty was filed but yes, I did have it for more than a year. I asked to speak with Cori, who had taken the time to look up my account prior to speaking with me. She was very accommodating, and did give me a cord at no cost. She took the time to do some trouble~ shooting with me, and I have subsequently put some duct tape in the area of weakness. Thanks you very much Cori!

Apparently this store is so busy that even when you make an appointment, you end up waiting for them to finish multiple repairs before they will start on yours. I made an appointment for 4:40 on a weekday to repair my cracked iPhone screen. However, when I got to the store, I was told it would take 1.5 hours because there were "phone repairs ahead of me". Also, the moron employee with the dreadlocks does not know how to talk to customers. Instead of ASKING me to unlock my screen, he bluntly TELLS me "unlock your screen". No "PLEASE" or "THANK YOU"... Get a real job you dreadlocked moron. Anyways, I walked out at that point with my cracked iphone in hand. No way am I going to wait 1.5 hours when I had made an appointment. Im not that desperate. So I ended up taking my iPhone to a non-apple repair shop and they fixed the screen in 35 min without an appointment and the cost was less.
