Because sometimes employees will just keep in walking right by you not bothering to see if you need help, or you get employees who dont know what theyre doing because the one who can has decided to leave early, go on break, has to be doing something else or they get stuck with the one customer who knows absolutely nothing about what theyre buying and what does that customer do? They absolutely must take up the time of the employee by asking every single possible question about the thing they are only CONSIDERING buying and just non stop unnecessary questions and talking not even think or caring that theres another customer who needs help with something and gets stuck standing around or pacing back and forth like an expectant father waiting for his wife to give birth, for 25 minutes just to have another employee who clearly doesnt work in that department come to you and ask, "Have you been helped"? And sometimes your just want to say, " Thanks for finally asking after passing me by 15 times in the last 25 mins if Ive been helped, because no one has bothered to take the time a lot sooner to ask if I needed any help with anything at all." Then when they get all apologetic and ask what you need, you tell them just to hear, "I dont know about that because I dont work in this department. But I can find someone who can." Code for Im too lazy. By then youre too made to stay, you say never mind and leave. Best Buy doesnt have the greatest customer service and they have to be retrained with some 1940s-1970s where you pay attention to everyone and treat them right.

Worst customer service ever. I came to buy a streaming device for my living room and one for my room so after talking to the asosiate he recomended to get an amazon device so I ask for two and he told me that he can only sell me one, so I told me then why did you recomend it to me if I told you from the beganing that I need two devices. He told me that people resell them wish Its not my problem Im an elite plus member spend a lot of money at this store the prove is that I am an elite plus and they treat me this way. I felt like a delincuent. I am not a scamer or a bum . It is rediculus that their in the business of selling and they are hording the devices. Not a good way of doing business seriously. Next time someone ask for a streaming device recomend something you can sell and dont ever treat a customer like ****. I will never buy from vest buy again, thanks to your this dumn policy.

I was looking at phone cases. No one would help me so I started trying on cases myself. I was struggling to get a case off my phone when some bad boy wanna be in a yellow shirt came up behind and asked if everything was ok. I smiled and said yes I was just struggling to get my phone out of a case. He looked at me and said " thats why we dont open the cases. If you break my case are you going to buy it" I smiled and said " yes" he then took it from me and gave my phone to the phone guys behind the counter. They got it out and yellow shirt dude checked to case over as to make sure I didnt break it. I put the case back and he walked off. Im sure there are rules. Sorry if I broke them. But as far as customer service..... Im sure there was a better way to handle it. If yellow shirt dude is leadership, I hope you train better customer service than you offered me.

I was very satisfied with how professional and helpful Eric was. I went it looking for a Micro SD Card to store pictures & videos for my moms LG G2, but unfortunately that phone doesnt have that expandable memory option. But he showed me this flash drive that connects from phone to store directly to the phone. That didnt work sense this phone is not meant to store files on anything else then internal memory, but I was able to do it from my computer to Flash Drive! Cashier was very pleasant and professional as well, but I forgot her name. I got a great deal on the flash drive and even got approved for a Best Buy Credit Card! Couldnt of been a better experience! In & out within 5-10 minutes! 5 STARS well deserved!!!

I had to get some work done on my laptop earlier this month. when I dropped it off I was informed that it would be 2 to 3 weeks till it would be ready for me to come pick. we I called this morning cause it is now week 4 and I still have no laptop. they told me they should have it by noon. well I got a call at 11:20 telling me it was ready and to come pick it up. when I arrived at the store they told me it is there but not ready...they still needed to do the systems restore. when I asked why I ws told it was ready they said they werent sure why I was told it was ready. then they said it would be a MINIMUM of today before it would be ready!!! I said I have waited long enough and it needs be ready today.

I have always had pretty good luck at Best Buy, but I will no longer use the conroe location for anything. I went today and had the worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. I wanted to pick up a LG-750 head set. I had already located a cheaper price through Amazon and they refused to match it. I did have the wrong item pulled up on my phone but after I left, I found the correct item for 2 dollars more then the incorrect item. The cashier was very abrupt and couldnt be bother to even act like she wanted to sell me anything. It is a shame.....

Phone was damaged out of the box, Employee claimed the phone was dropped because he could "feel"it. He said another reason was no damage was done to the box, but ignored the fact that I only brought the sleeve and not the entire box. Refused to return it based on no evidence. I was not offered a warranty as it appeared to come with the best buy financing and normally they pester you if you do not have it. Severely displeased at the customer service at this store. Buyer beware. Dont waste your time as its numbers first and customer last.

They DONT answer the phone. Most of their numbers dead end to NOTHING. I dialed their number from my home and held for 20 minutes. After waiting that long I finally drove to the store with their phone still ringing. When I walked in the door I asked to see a manager. When he asked what I needed I handed him my phone and said, "Can you hear that ringing?" He told me that there must be a problem with their phone lines because it wasnt ringing in the store. HELLOOOOOO!! YOURE A F-N ELECTRONICS STORE -- FIX YOUR STUFF!!

Very helpful! They have good products and excellent service. Only problem I had is I bought software that was not really a buy but a subscription which I did not really want. Their sales people need to know the difference or at least look carefully before handing off to a customer. Looks like software is no longer bought nowadays. Mostly just subscriptions. Other than that problem, everything was good. My fault for being in a hurry, really and not scrutinizing it carefully.
