HUGE MISTAKE GOING HERE!!!! Went in for a quick radio install, 3hours later no radio and a car that wont start.........the rude careless man in the front told me 45 mins. Told him to call me when it was done....an hour and a half later I decided to go back to see why he had not call...turns out they havent EVEN STARTED!!! The same man guarantees it will be ready in 15 mins...yet they havent even started cutting the wires and the man who was getting the correct kit wasnt even there, he spoke to me like I was incredibly IGNORANT AND NAIVE as I knew there was noooooo way in hell it was gunna be ready IN 15 mins.... 45 mins later I DEMAND my car back as I have to pick up my kid....still everyone is dragging ass to the point I was going to go in the garage and get my car myself!!! AS SOON AS I LEAVE THE PARKING lot my car begins OVERHEATING AND MULTIPLE DASH LIGHTS COME ON!!! There was NOTHING wrong with my car when I took it in for a simple RADIO INSTALL 3 HOURS EARLIER!!!! And surprise surprise they are already ready to give me a price to repair it?!? WTF ?!? I AM VERY POSITIVE THEY DID SOMETHING TO MY CAR TO MAKE ME SPEND MORE WITH THEM....THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 3 hours WITH THE HOOD UP FOR A radio INSTALL?!?? THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN START TIL HOURS LATER?!?!? VERRY FISHY....Took it to my mechanic and the part they were trying to replace wasnt even what was wrong...A HOSE WAS UNLOSSEN!!! NEVER GO HERE THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Had windows tinted and it took 4 hours and still wasnt done right, manager (who was carrying a gun on his hip, by the way) tried convincing me it would fix itself in 10 days. they did not take their shoes off so my mats were all dirty- there was tint film pieces all in my car and 1 of them must have cut themselves because there was a blood drop in my back seat. They left drip marks ALL down the side of my car. I left so pissed- will definitely be disputing this charge. Sad part is I drove down the street to the location near Westheimer & Dairy Ashford and the guy couldnt have been nicer. He didnt know my tint was from the other location but even he thought the job was sub par and suggested I go wash my car right away because whatever that was could damage my paint. These people are CROOKED, RUDE, AND WORST OF ALL INCOMPETENT. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

This place sucks!! The store manager BILL if that is his real name allowed someone to go into the store and purchase a stereo with a STOLEN DEBIT CARD-SO HE SAYS because my DEBIT CARD is in my PURSE and I only have ONE so he is a THIEF and A LIAR- and MANAGER BILL ASKED FOR NO PICTURE ID. We are having to file a claim with the HPD and our bank because BILL will NOT do the right thing and release the STOLEN charge. That is probably because BILL the no good thieving store manager is on the THEFT!!! See you in small claims court you THIEF! you are NO better then the person that came in and bought the stereo with the STOLEN DEBIT CARD!!! Hope you go OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! THIEF!!! You will not be paid!!! I will fight this with the bank until the end!!!!

Idk whos the owner because a older character told me he was the owner and he called me stupid in front of the whole wrold I bought the lights the 23 last month now my head light housing is ruined still gt no bulbs dealer is charging me 1200 for just the housing plus ds3 becuse they kept the original and i goto work at 6am so its costing me my job and than some..i met a guy named omar there was pretty cool thanks for your prayers for my kidd i truly appreciate it and your tech and your manager said you dont work there anymore i was planning on buying two sets of rims and tires now my money goes to repairs im going to the bbb.idk who the owner is becuse the staff claimed it was an older fellow.

HORRIBLEEE!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went here to purchase a replacement center cap for my wheel. I placed the order on a Tuesday and was told that the item would ship to the shop on Friday and I could pick it up on Saturday. I showed up Saturday and the cap wasnt there. I went back the next week on Thursday and was told that they had ordered the wrong one and I had to wait for them to ship it back. I gave them my number multiple times and they said they would call me when I could pick it up. 3 weeks past and not a single phone call nor the cap. I finally had enough of it and went and demanded a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Horrible experience here. I gave it a star because I had to. If I could give no stars and be able to write a review of would. My boyfriend bought a car but the sound from the radio wasnt working. We brought it here and was told they could fix the problem for $89. We agreed to let them fix it. They got started on it and maybe an hour later came back and said the car has no amp thats why no sound came out. Then told us it would $1500 to put in a whole new system. We ended up having to pay $90 FOR NOTHING!!!!!! THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT. Im so pissed. Hell all they did was take so pieces off in the inside FOR $90. I would never recommend or go back to this place.

Nothing but crooks! Returned an amp, first he said he wouldnt refund taxes, after I said that wasnt right he refunded taxes but then charged me the 15% restock fee (which is fine cause that was on the invoice) but then charged me a 3% credit card fee ( which is not on the invoice). There is a reason why they have a 1.9 star rating and the only two 5 star ratings is cause it is from the same person. BUYER BE WARE!! they will find a way to get over on you. The sad thing is I have had 5 card done there over the years and when I told him that he said we are new management now. I can tell they are new management run by crooks.

HORRIBLE PLACE! The owner was so rude from the get go, that shouldve been my cue to leave but decided to give the place a try. I went to get some lights installed on my car - which i couldve done myself but thought it was going to need "professional installation " which is why I took it there. Point being , i paid $125 - which initially they were going to charge me $200 for the light installation that I couldve done myself. They guy that worked on my car was a nice guy compared to the owner but dude didnt even know what an LED resistor was when I asked ! Anyways , dont waste your time and money here- go somewhere else.

Had new door speakers and an amp put in my tacoma. They cut the old speakers out and trashed them, told me that was the only way to remove them which is bs. Didnt even bother hooking up the amp to the speakers, just did enough to get the light on it to turn on. Dont use this place, youll regret it like me if you do. Shady business practices as well, tried to overcharge me by about 30% of what the speakers were on amazon. When I caught it they played stupid, but corrected the price when I was about to walk away from the deal. There are plenty of better places to go in the area, you might want to look at them first.
