I have used Electronic Outlet for over 20 years and theyre still around! Very nice people. Ive recommended them to all of my family and friends for decades and everyone has reported they were very happy with the service provided and especially the price. Hong (the owner) is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Just yesterday he spent an hour working on one of my computers and didnt charge me, even after I offered to pay him something. As another reviewer mentioned there are computers and parts all over the place, from people leaving their old systems. But the great thing is, you can get some fantastic deals on parts and used systems! I dont care what the place looks like, all it tells me is that they actually work there and get a lot of business. Its the service provided that I care about and you cant beat the quality service they provide nor the price anywhere around the East side of Houston. If I cant fix it myself, I take it to Hong at Electronics Outlet and I recommend you do the same.

Store hours says Monday. Thru Friday....9:00 AM to 6:00 PM..arrived at the store at 7:50 AM. I waited until 10:25 AM. Store was closed; no one answers the phone. Several people came and left.
