Purchased a AC-DV 12 volt transformer to run cooling fans for an AV cabinet. The transformer was DOA. I returned the item less then 1 week after I purchased it. The counter person rudely told me I abused the component (since I refused to buy their proprietary plugs and had to solder the wires to the fan bus) and informed me no exchange would offered. Meanwhile, the entire time I was being given a sales pitch for a $400 speaker. The sales person was extremely unprofessional and demanded it be in the same condition it was when purchased.
