Hmmm... getting into the parking lot can be a "struggle" sometimes because of impatient, angry drivers on "rush mode"... After parking, have to literally watch all around you as some people driving by in their vehicles will hit you because they dont know how to be patient and wait for people to walk by and cross the road to walk into the store... If youve survived and made it through the store entrance the "real war" begins! Like others here have said: its crowded here DAY *AND* NIGHT like theres "no rest" here. Because its quite crowded and stuffed with busy people going about you may get physiologically and mentally overstimulated and tired from all of the activity going on around you. Unless you like large crowds of busy, moving people you ought to have yourself a good written down list or "mental list idea" of what you intend to do with yourself (and family if shopping with others) so you can "get in and get out". Checkout lines can be long and time-consuming depending on the "character" and "morale" of the cashier operating the line... Its usually a depressed, tense air of social animosity going on in and out of the store of all "thats wrong" with modern society. Reality of the sad, poor, ugly "human condition" aside, this Walmart store building can basically fulfill all your needs and wants you have. As far as the "bathrooms" are concerned I can only speak for the "mens restrooms" and I say that both the front and back mens restrooms are mostly clean and well-maintained although they get dirty and a little "messy" at times since people be coming it and going out creating personal "messes" that the Walmart employees have to clean up after. Besides "navigating" and "pushing" a shopping cart around many other people with shopping carts going; like any other Walmart you go to youll find what you need and/or want after a while. Its all what you decide to make it.

This locations customer service is trash, they are so lazy and tell you the simplest of things cant be done, before actually trying to do it. They are the very definition of ratchet, they NEVER want to honor their return policys. I tried to return some things a couple of times when I had lost my receipt and they just assume because I lost my recipt that I must of had stolen it or something. Ive never had such a hard time returning items at any other walmart location. My boyfriend had to put a prescription in and the pharmacy told him he had to go back to the wallmart location he had put it in his last time he used them which is new to me. I just had a baby and would have to go to whichever walmart was convenient at the time which was several different ones and I was not ever told that I had to just stick to one wallmart pharmacy. They were always really quick to put in my prescription with a freindly smile and amazing customer service Im tired of giving this wallmart location more than several chances to get better I will not be returning here. If I could give less than one star I would.

I hate this place! First of all, the location is bad, tons of local punks hang out here making a quick shopping trip an unpleasant experience. SO MANY PEOPLE get arrested for shoplifting at this location. I went to this specific location to buy a DVD. Got to the electronics area and saw this yellow barricade blocking me. I asked the salesperson if I could go look for a movie and she told me no. I tried to explain to her that I was out of town, and came here specifically to spend my money on a movie. She told me no. I then asked her to go look for the movie and she gave me an attitude saying she was about to leave. I quickly told her either she could look for it, get her manager involved, or I was coming over that barricade to look myself. Never have I ever been told by a store that I wasnt allowed to spend my money in a certain department. Instead of punishing paying customers, maybe hire a little more staff, or have extra security measures in place to monitor shoplifters. It isnt my fault, and I shouldnt have been punished for it. WORST WALMART AWARD!

Their restrooms are DISGUSTING!! The one in the front tends to be worse but the one in the back is equally as disgusting. I have had to clean restrooms for community service hours at the Houston Food Bank for FREE and trust me i do a better job than those people who are getting PAID for their terrible service. The Customer Service is horrible as well at the self check out they dont care if you need help and when they walk over to you they have this "wtf do you want now" look on their face. In the night they have like 3 or 4 max cashiers working with lines like its black friday again because they close the self check out. its the worst. The only thing good i have seen there is a sweet older lady who works at the jewelry, she was amazing helping me and my Fiance when we were looking for a ring (we didnt get one there but she was very helpful)

I just left the automotive dept. where the staff is beyond unprofessional. A Walmart employee Tall African-American man with dreads in a ponytail just walked in front of me and instructed the cashier to ring up his merchandise. He was standing at the exit when I arrived in the area. He then walked over to the counter where I was waiting for assistance, and rudely got in fromt of me without saying a word. No one ever asked if I need assistance. I pushed the cart aside and left the store. Horrible Horrible service. No use making a scene, and being as stupid as they were.

I have been to at least 20-30 different Walmart locations in my life and this is by FAR the worst! The employees apparently do nothing because every time Ive been here you can be sure something on your list will have you staring at an empty shelf because they do NOT stock shelves worth a crap. Go down any isle in the store and youll see bare spots. The customers at this location are all rude too but Im starting to give them a break because theyre probably cranky cuz they always come here and see bare spots where the items they need should be.

0 Stars! This location is terrible. Very rude employees. I walked into this walmart and immediately I was targeted by an employee who made a rude comment about my outfit. I approached her and said excuse me...she comes back at me and says EXCUSE YOU! I informed her that she was rude and I wanted to know her name so I can report her to management. She gave me a fake name and left the aisle immediately. The managers did not care. The only walmart where there is great customer service is in the state of Arkansas where the owners live.

Moved here from Virginia. Honestly, my husband and I avoided this location due to service....and its closest to our home. Upon initially moving here we would way out of our way to frequent a differently store. However, when it got the point where I needed what i needed RIGHT then, Id suck it up and go. I noticed that the atmosphere changed and finally started shopping here. It took my husband some time to get over how awful the service was, because we relocated to this area from Virginia... because hes Wal-Mart management
