So me and my mom are local and we come in here all the time weve never had an issue with the customer service but today they went over board. The cashier told me if I didnt hang up the phone she wasnt going to ring me up mind you I was talking to my significant other that lives hours away thats the first thing that ticked me off. Second they reps kept following us everywhere and Another rep told my sister to stop touching things when she was just looking at the jewelry with me beside her the whole time. The fact that me and my mom cant even come in here and enjoy shopping a little anymore is ridiculous. Will be calling a manager.

I went there to shop yesterday, july 14, and the most annoying thing was manager in green t-shirt Kizzy (or something like that). She kept inspecting my things, moving my basket and backpack without asking and she wasnt friendly while talking to me. On the other hand, cashier Eslen was amazing, she explained everything properly and and was very responsive and hospitable.
