went in here to grab shoes for boyfriend. We live around the corner and ran out the door fast because store was closing soon. Headed back to the shoes and realized my boyfriend didnt have socks on .. the hose they give you are cut for a womans foot and not a man. So quick I went to front of store to grabbed a 3 pack of mens socks. I went back to my boyfriend and started opening the socks for him to use.. we were already being helped by a male/black/staff member. Some old hag that works there came up behind me questioning me about opening the socks.. I am not a thief..the other staff knew we had intended to buy the socks but she just made some rude assumption about me. I cant stand people like that. Luckily this isnt my first time in this store and I know there are many other nice people working there. Next time I get treated like that I will take my money else where. I wish had her name. Skinny old white lady.

Only one cashier, with a line of four ladies. Two other employees were sitting behind her, just visiting and ignoring the customers. I finally gave up and walked out. It wouldve been faster to drive to Pearland. These folks are SLOW. Marie Brannon Alvin, Texas

They always have great sales and up to date styles. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a salesperson but I usually like to just look around anyways. When I do find a salesperson, theyre always very nice and helpful. Went there today for new Spring SHOES!

Friendly staff though sometimes it is a long wait to check out because only one person is on the register, there may be someone supposed to be on the department registers but they often arent

Need a better variety of cloths for women between teenagers or older women. Not much to choose from for women between 25 to 45 unless you want to dress like a teenager or an older woman.

No help, store was empty too. When asking for specifics I got a pointing kind of "Over that way, if we have". Found it on my own. Not typical Palais Royal. Other stores very helpful.
