Today I was in there and was in the "Pets Department". Couldnt find the only pet food that my cat could eat without throwing up. I went to find someone,(there was a group of Associates and one other person who had a badge on). I asked if someone could help me please. The one that was dressed different asked what I needed help with, I said follow me. I explained what was going on and why I needed that kind. This person got on his hands and knees looking until he found 3 boxes way in back on the bottom shelf. I took all three boxes. I thanked him so much for the help and how much it was needed(the cat food). He said that he would let the department superior know to keep it in stock. As I was leaving the store I ran into someone I knew and pointed out the person. Come to find out that it was not the store manager but the market manager. The store managers boss. How often does someone from corporate actually go on their hands and knees to help someone. Literally.

It has 1 hr photo.You go early and have no waiting in line for check out. The only bad part is that there isnt many lanes open early. But if you want to do the you check out, you can get through fast. Have ordered pictures at their website, when I went to pick up not all the pictures were there. They had put the price on the photo envelope that was from the complete order. When I went to the checkout I ended up having to pay full price for something I didnt have because they (the photo center in there) said that that was all complete. It took over 30 minutes to get the money back for the pictures that werent there. I was NOT happy. When they were aware that some of the photos werent there should have changed the price tag. If someone tried to do that with them(steal money/take something without paying) police would have been called.

Of course, prices. But what really peaked my loyalty... I seen a mt bike for $59 i really wanted. 30 days later, when ready for the purchase, that bike was gone, i was told i could order it, send to walmart in my name, theyd assemble. I didnt see it on their app. I asked asst. Manager on the phone, he couldnt find it, quick inventoried what they DID have, i said Im not going the day without a bike, told him i was on my way, found one similar, only black. Grabbed a heavy lock for it, went to checkout. The total (bike and lock) came to less than $59, but THIS bike was on display for $79. I made sure there wasnt any mistake. You cannot tell me that asst. Manager wasnt involved.

This place is kind of dumpy and they dont have a very good selection. I have only ever been to one Walmart thats worse and thats the Walmart in Coon Rapids, its a dive. The bathrooms are normally gross and most of the staff have no idea whats going on. Unless you absolutely have to go to this one youre better off driving another 30 miles and stopping in Park Rapids or Detroit Lakes or Baxter. Save yourself an hour and go somewhere else.

Well let me tell you how this Walmart stands out just kidding its regular Walmart you know what youre going to get into just go in there people are nice friendly some just dont look at you by your stuff you were in and out in a jiffy

It is a super Wal*Mart, but in a smaller town. So there isnt as many options as a large city Super Wal*Mart. But it is nice and clean and people are friendly. Its the only wal*mart or store of its kind for miles.

Clerk had much trouble trying to do refunds on some of the items. She said her system wasnt working properly. Not sure I will order ahead ever again. Very time consuming.

Good Walmart, Good selection. Its a Walmart, so theres not much I can tell you beyond that. They generally have enough registers open so there isnt much of a wait.

I went in to use the bathrooms and 2 out of 2 stals were peed on and descusting and there was also a hole in the wall. Overall this place made me disturbed.
