Ive been shopping in this store for 2 years and never had any problems. This was my favorite place until yesterday. The lady which was working at fitting room area on Wednesday evening 07/26 was extremely rude. The time was 8:50- 9 p.m. so it was like 30-40 minutes before closing apparently she has her own schedule so she came in yelling at me if I know what time is now and talking some more ridiculous stuff. After I came out she was acting like nothing happened cause some other customers were in front and she calmed down. It was first time I saw a person acting like this at work for no reason. I think such a nice place can have workers which at list dont yell at their customers .

Great place to buy stuff. The individuals at the front of the store (male greeters) were to froward in greeting my sister, and seemed indifferent towards me walking with her. Gave me a weird feeling when one just waited by the dressing area. The dressing area attendant rolled her eyes at us when we had questions, put clothes on rack after trying them on, or something occurred out of what she really wanted to do. Gave me the get on with yourself look multiple times. Cashiers were great, it seems they were the only team players at Ross.

I enjoy shopping here when Im in the states. Its almost a guarantee that Im going to pick up a pair shoes there for a very reasonable price. Ive never regretted a purchase. They even offer to do the currency conversion through the store rather than the credit card company. So your know exactly what you paid in Canadian $. Lots of variety.

Person at the front counter ((DE DE )) IS GREAT TO WORK WITH, GOOD PRESENCE, GREAT PERSONALITY. THIS EXPERIANCE WAS GOOD AS YESTERDAY NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS SO I LEFT WITHOUT WAITING IN LONG LINE. THIS IS ALSO TRUE ON MANY OCCASIONS AS THERE SEEMS TO BE A SHORTAGE OF HELP? Left possible purchase behind yesterday.

Dressing room attendant was on his game. He made trying on a lot of clothing flawlessly simple with his method of having everything pre-hung and pre-counted so all you needed to do was grab to switch out.
