This store is really disgusting and the customer service here is just as bad. The quality of the merchandise is horrible and the store appearance does not appeal to anyone. The selection of merchandise is not good but the people that work there are especially rude and completely biased as to who they will greet, help, and smile at. I went to this particular Marshalls close to Christmas, looking for shoes. I overheard 2 workers here telling each other to "Watch out for the Mexican woman holding the tote bag, and she has another bag with her" and the other woman said: " You are not narrowing it down, they all look alike." All within earshot of me, a Mexican American woman holding a small tote bag so naturally, I suspected she was thinking of me. Once she said this, they both looked up at me and quickly scattered! Upon hearing this remark, I left and quickly went to the mall which has much better selection of shoes and at a better price! Today, after visiting the store on a whim after going to Old Navy, I thought " Maybe there are nice flats in this store???" I went in the store and there was a woman asking for donations for childhood diabetes and offering water and chips of all things? She did not great me as I walked to the left to the shoe department. But she greeted the woman behind me, again, I am still a Mexican woman going into Marshalls with a smallish bag. I searched through the horribly presented array of shoes and began to make my way to the door when the white man greeting customers remarked in a headset: "is that her as he walked past me" probably to Asset Protection. I quickly walked out of the store and never will return. This store is horrible and the customer service is potentially biased based in race. I am glad I didnt spend my money here. Never to return, stay away!!!

I just had the worst experience this evening at Marshalls and Home Goods - Webster, TX. During checkout I politely asked the cashier if she can do a price adjustment on a pair of shoes (see image) one of the shoes was marked at a lower price. She looks at the tag to make sure its the same shoe and she proceeds to tell me she cant adjust the price because the discounted shoe had been on the shelf for 2 months prior to the other. Absurd! I asked to speak to the manager, her name Meek and she was very rude about the whole situation after I explained to her that I wanted to take the shoe in the smaller size but was tagged with a different price. She went on and said the same as the cashier, it couldnt be done because of when the shoe was received. I understand this is a "discounted store" but I disagree on how this situation was handled. One as a customer does not now the logistics of how the items are priced and I feel that the manager could have used better judgment. She didnt even attempt to make an offer. Very disappointing. I continued with my purchase and needless to say $277+ later and clearly we see Marshalls priority. P.S. Marshalls as a loyal card holder I will consider closing my account. Thanks.

Fantastic! I bought a couch here and the store manager actually helped me get into the truck as he noticed I was having some difficulties with it, then he got some rope and made sure it was good to go. He didnt have to, but this is when you know how committed they are to their customers.

Store was dirty, and cluttered, bargain prices? Not so much a bargain. So cluttered no organization and very difficult to find it locate what you looking for. Garage sales better deals same quality of merchandise, and probably easier to locate what your looking for.

Nice combination of HomeGoods and Michaels. Good selection. It can get really crowded on the weekends and there might be a long line to checkout. But, it is certainly worth the wait!
