Employees were good, but the manager couldnt have cared less about customer service. Tried to get two sockets ordered for me which I had been back 4 times trying to get replaced. Associates were helpful and going above AND beyond, even the new guy who had only been there for one month. But when the manager woman got involved everything went downhill. I stood around for an hour while my wife and our 2 year old walked the whole mall without me. Left with my broken sockets. Ordered them when I got home and I will see what happens when I go pick up and try to return them with my broken craftsman sockets in their place.

I rarely shopped there, but gave it a shot when my husband worked there. I bought an item, got it home and it was broken. Based on what the receipt said, I didnt bother trying to return it because I had taken the tags off to wash it before I discovered it was a bad product. Then they took my husbands last paycheck, they direct deposited it and then withdrew the full amount the same day. We also had an oil change done there and they never put the oil cap back on the engine, and oil blew all over the engine. I will never shop there for anything again.

Not really upset with this particular Sears, just Sears in general. Bought a refrigerator and microwave, had them delivered. No problem. Sears called me up for a free estimate of home services. I said yes. This guy shows up, spends 5 min in the house. Goes out to his truck for 40. When he comes back in, he REEKS of alcohol. I notice, my wife notices it. End result, thank you Home Depot for the new washer and dryer. I will never go to another Sears again. I cant believe they send these type of people to potential customer homes.

Have a hot water heater that went out. It is under warranty. Called customer service. They want $200 before they send a service man to see if he can fix it. If he cant fix it he will give us a voucher for a new hot water heater. When can he come? Over a week from now. What kind of warranty is that? Do we take cold showers and wash dishes in cold water? How long then would it take to get a new hot water heater installed and how much is the installation. Quite a rip off.

Only place I could find open at the time that did an oil change. They told me it was mandatory that I switch my engine oil to Synthetic otherwise they wouldnt work on it. Did, a "free inspection" because I told them I had a popping noise coming from one of the wheels when I accelerated. They told me it was because my tires was over inflated. Biggest b.s. in the world
