Overall I would say that the quality is 5 stars, but the service has a little more to be desired. I would give service a 1 star. While looking for a specific item in the store and the potential of at least 6 people that could of said hi or offered service I had only 2 people. First lady was in home decor and the second was a younger gentle man on the bridge. Had several other people there that could have offered but thought there time would have been better spent talking to each other and fluffing. So I had to ask for assistance. This was at 215pm on 4/17/15 So kudos to the few people that did help me.

The only place I can really go shop for clothes now since Nordstrom doesnt carry any good Italian brands anymore. All the associates are helpful, but Paula is the one who personally assists me. There is never any pressure, and lots of great deals. My last experience made my day when I got a drink from their awesome bar and found a paid of Salvatore Ferragamo sneakers that normally run $1,150 -- I got them for $350! Beat that! Please dont change anything that you do - great store!

Halls is an amazing, top quality and rich shopping experience. A young woman in my family remembers her dad taking her to Halls every December to pick out a single Christmas ornament. The offerings are outstanding, colorful and just plain fun. The Bridge is a trendy, urban section within a larger offering.. its fun too. Go check it out!

The best place to experience in Kansas City. If you havent been there, go! My favorite place to shop is the mens store at Halls. Ask for Kenan. Hes a style icon in this city and the first person I go to for great suits and shoes. Great place; great people, and such a local treasure. I love Crown Center and Halls! -Greg Watt

I love this magical time of year! Theyve done a wonderful job decorating and making everything so festive. I found plenty of heartfelt gifts for loved ones. Service was way above expectations! Just a fantastic Christmas shopping experience. Thank you for making my weekend getaway so special.

I love Halls Department store. I do miss the multi-level store from the past, but one floor is still great. I love that they carry Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs and other designers that arent at other local department stores. Their selection of Toms for children is great, too.

I dont like the fact that it is a few days until Christmas and I wanted to take my kids skating and shopping at Crown Center. They closed the Crown Center parking garage and only let Halls customers park there.

Its sad that they only have Mugler Fragrances. They should have the fashion too. Thats not okay guys. :(
