Terrible service. One checker for the entire mens and womens wear. The young girl at the only checkout register that was open was professional and courteous, but the store manager needs to hire personnel to service customers or close the store immediately! Opening the store at 11:00 a.m. is not a very convenient time for shoppers. Maybe Sears should send a team to Walmart to gather strategies for attracting customers.

I walked around the refrigerators for about 20 minutes and no one offered to help at all. Upon leaving, I asked a question of a cashier and they took me back to the refrigerator person...who was just across the walk from the refrigerators, where I received no contact, and asked her to answer my question. Not exactly the best way to make a sale.

Terrible customer service. Made several trips over the course of a week to warranty replace a tool. Was told each time that the delivery would be "X" day. After asking again it was admitted that they dont actually know they delivery date. Employees were rude and lied to customer. Store is under-stocked, dirty and disorganized.

Kenmore Elite is elite crap. Do not buy anything made by sears. My dishwasher and stove already broke down in under a year of use, and I get to foot the bill for their shotty workmanship. If there was an option for no stars that is what those clown would get. I hope they go bankrupt like everyone says they are.

Poor customer service... I had a list I printed online and in store price was not the same.. Items were NOT ONLiINE only pricing even after cashier checked... But they were not able to match from their own website...Wish for Craftsman to open their own store in Baytown... Sears needs to close...

I bought my wedding bands there. The ones for my wife didnt fit so I came to fix them. They help me out with no problem. They even hold it for a weeks before I could pick it up.

Dont remember the gentlemans name ( auto service manger) who helped me the first visit? But he did an awesome job even though he was swamped with customers, Thank you!

These are the laziest bunch of workers they do not offer to help customers and when you finally find anyone to ask they arent much for customer service I tell you that.

Jay accepted my truck even though they were closed, they replaced my battery asap. Im so glad my husband insisted I drive to sears
