Ordered a refrigerator from Phil at the Sears located in the mall.. ignoring other reviews we decided to proceed with our order. Phil was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman and stated that my refrigerator would be delivered in a week and a half. I waited for my delivery only to get a voicemail stating that, "The packaged didnt make it on the truck." Rescheduled delivery and the earliest they could do was two weeks AGAIN this is a month without a refrigerator. I called the store to talk to Phil about cancelling my order, to which he said that they could move the delivery date up to this Friday. Awesome! Called to confirm the day of delivery and they said that we were lied to and that the actual date would still be next Friday. Dont waste your time with this location. I have never had a bad experience with Sears, and it is unfortunate that a location like this cant uphold the reputation that Sears has established.

Worst warranty program ever I wish I could rate 0 stars because I would Make an appointment to get my $2500 lawn mower fixed and its 3 weeks out for soonest, okay cool no big deal, call in the day of the appointment 10 times to check window and update contact info for tech to call. Window time comes No call Okay Ill just take my lunch and go sit at home Get home and there I see a big yellow sticky note of disappointment Of course Nothing they told me happened The technician came whenever he wanted and he definitely didnt call my phone to give me a chance to come home Im an hour behind so I call to reschedule 3 more weeks out No chance on same day And everyone transfers me Way to go sears If you buy something and they offer a warranty say no What A Joke

Purchased all appliances for a new construction. Waited all day for them to be delivered but nobody showed. Finally showed on another day after my appointment time was "between 8:00am and 5:00pm." Since we were building, the boxes stayed in storage. When we opened then, the microwave / vent hood and the dishwasher (both Kenmore Pro appliances) were damaged beyond use. Sears refuses to make it right. These appliances were boxed up in damaged condition as the boxes were not damaged. I have spent my last penny at Sears. These are the reasons they are going out of business.

We will never go back here. My in-laws bought a washer and dryer here and Sears delivered the wrong ones! Since then we have had nothing but misery from them, constant run around. My wife has been in three times trying to arrange the pick up of wrong merchandise and delivery of the correct ones. They cant seem to fit the correct ones on the truck. It doesnt matter how good the merchandise is if they cant fix mistakes. Lousy, lousy service!! I didnt even want to give them once star, but you cant post without it.
