My son was very happy with his controller..but I got home with the headset only to find I had paid 20 dollars for an empty box thus making me have to drive all the way back to the store for my merchandise. The guy that sold it to us was already gone for the day but the guy who waited on me gave me my headphones without a problem. Thank you game stop for always being professional and courteous.

Only one of the 2-3 cashiers actually works the counter so theres always a long line. The games they have on display arent always available. Games are very expensive also if you have to go to GameStop I recommend going to a different one.
