Preordered two sets of 40th anniversary Star Wars figures months in advance. I received a call days after release date rather than the day of release. The employee said my items were ready except one of the Han Solo figures had not arrived. The gentleman said they were working on getting it from another store. I said that was fine. When I went to the store the story changed to two R2-D2 figures never arriving. Yet other Gamestop stores received them nearby. Coincidentally this item is selling for 3 times its cost on eBay. Coincidence? Either they sold my items to customers or the employees purchased them for themselves. I made this mistake once. First time preordering figures with Gamestop. Never again. I cancelled my order and wont be doing anymore business with Gamestop.

Gamestop prefers that I take my business elsewhere. I waited in line for a long time with my son, cash in hand to buy a game. When I got to the register to purchase, the phone rang and the employee gave the caller preference, answering questions and giving advice. It amazes me how a person on their couch gets preference than the person that waited 10 minutes in line. You know, Wal-Mart is also having a midnight release for Diablo III and that is where I am going to take my business. This isnt the first time this has happened either.

Got here at 5:59 and the doors were closed already . I even called right before I came since the GameStop on 1960 and 59 didnt have it. I told them I was 10 minutes away. Said it was no issue I got here and the donkey that was sweeping the floor closingbthe gate just waved saying "were closed" HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Every time I go into GameStop its an awesome experience, the staff is always so welcoming and professional, they are always willing to help you in any way needed! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to find a new game or console!
