Missy us great like always. We live in Mont Belvieu and we go out of our way to come to this GameStop to preorder things to help her out because of corporate hounding her. Shes never rude and neither are the workers unlike the Baytown location that dont even know how to answer a phone (even when theyre dead)

They never really have a good selection or any new merchandise. We usually go in with something in mind but usually it is never there. When we ask about it we have honest answers. The employees are nice and they really try to help you. Definitely get The reward card it may come in handy one day.

Great service! Alex knows what he is doing but another employee(probably former by now) named kevin was as inefficient as mule climbing up a steep hill. Kid needs to get that stutter corrected too.

The GameStop staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I tell them what types of games I prefer and they go out of their way to make sure I get the game thats right for me.
