I cant express how pleased I am with the service I received here. I went in there frustrated from dealing with the customer service on the phone after an insurance fiasco. Insurance company would do nothing, and neither would Sprint. You could tell everyone wanted to actually help, but they felt their hands where tied. I went into the Sprint store and spoke with Fidel, he asked why I wanted to cancel. I mentioned the insurance fiasco and how I felt that being asked to pay $545 for a device that I no longer had and couldnt return (even with a police report) was ridiculous. He completely agreed and got Andrew his current manager involved, they spent the next 24 hours doing everything they could to make it right ... and they definitely did. I have been a customer of Sprint for 8 years and this is exactly why, when you speak to them in the store, they are helpful and they understand how it really works in the real world. Thanks again to this store, and I will continue to only do my business with Sprint through the Power and Light store.

It has been a while but, I am back in good ole K.C. I was traveling across the country selling my new smokeless litter boxes and had the chance to experience a few other Sprint, stores across our glorious nation. I received top-notch service from each but, none have surpassed the excellent time and service I received from The Sprint Studio in Kansas City, MO! Emily, Christian, and Vu are still raising the roof like theyre wearing Snuggies. The rest of the staff makes me feel so warm and squishy inside, too. The techs even fixed my rascal scooter, out of courtesy. I am 96.7 years in cat years and feel like a kitten when I come in, due to the electrifying atmosphere in the Studio. Stop the anonymous spam "Free Msg: Your Text to Landline msg is waiting to be delivered. Reply Y to deliver your Text to Landline msg and opt-in. Msgs billed at $.25" Heck, you dont even tell me what number is a land line, and if I happen to accidentally text a land line, you send me this 4 some odd times. (Land line owners dont want this spam either) A 3 year old phone with upgraded memory (something it should have came with) is not new and next generation. Verizon has the same thing with double the memory, processor, camera, and resolution. Stop stop stop trying to tell me to upgrade to a new phone unless you are fixing YOUR mistake with a complimentary upgrade when Ive complained for 3 years

Went to check out the new family plan. We went right when the store opened so we could get some service. Unfortunately not the case. They had only three customers in the store and out of the 6 employees only two waiting on people. After 20 minutes of waiting one employee finally came too us (we were the third customers) and told us he couldnt help its we would have to wait for the other employee because he was only a tech. After still waiting another 10 minutes we left. Whats with Sprint? Are they going out of business? Bad Customer Service.

I called and made an appointment to swap out my potentially explosive Galaxy Note 7. I was told they would have one waiting for me. I Show up for my appointment on time after paying $2 to park. Took an hour out of my work day and they tell me they are out of replacements and to call for an appointment next time. The lady with the Odell Beckham hair was pretty darn rude about it too. I hope my phone doesnt burst into flames before Im able to swap it out. This isnt a Samsung issue. Its now a Sprint problem.

After waiting near an hour for someone to help (along with 4 other people who came in after me), I was finally helped. I found out that the store manger had been sitting in the office near the front of store the entire time. While the employee who helped me was good, and it seemed that the other customers were also being help had good service, this store is understaffed and the waits are very long. As for making an appointment- thats not really going to reduce your wait either.

Saturday, 09/19/15, the customer service in this store is horrible! I just dont understand how even the assistant manager makes no effort to help his staff when there are only 2 people working the entire store. It is disgusting the way these retail stores handle their customers! So disappointing! I finally had to leave the store without receiving service.

Just walked in to buy a simple iPhone chord and apparently they are out of stock. They do have ample $30 and $40 combo chargers for your car ( which you can find better or equivalent on amazon for $10-$20.) which is awfully convenient. Plus sales associates werent even in the floor. I went through most of the store before someone even came over to me.

The default position of people who work there are RUDE. I have been with sprint for 10 years and now will switch based on the idiots who work in this store. After dealing with attitude all morning long I was told the problem with my phone can be remedied by calling customet care. I cant use my phone to make the call! Worthless.

Took forever to answer the phone, presented me with the MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION to repair my phone, and only after I asked what the manufacturers number was did he give it to me. I didnt even get the guys name, but forget this store. Youll get much better customer service somewhere else.

I went to this store today and the staff was amazing. I bought a samsung galaxy note 5 the previous day and I found dead pixels on the front. The employees told me it would be no problem and replaced the phone and moved all the apps and data over from the broken phone.

This is the best Sprint store in KCMO. Mike P was so professional and helpful it was very refreshing! After visiting this store my faith has been restored in cell phones companies! I would absolutely recommend this store to friends and family!

I came in this morning and the salesperson David D. who helped me was amazing. He explained all my options to me in full detail. Im actually not a Sprint customer, my visit was for work but I was very pleased with their customer service.
