Amazing customer service! Donovan at CPR was incredibly friendly and professional, he obviously knows his stuff. I went in with 2 phones of the same model, a white one with a cracked screen and a black one with severe water damage. Not only did Donovan turn my two broken phones into one fully functional phone, he took the extra time to swap the hardware into the water damaged phone so the colors on the back and front would match! Ill be buying a phone case from them ASAP and hopefully wont have phone issues any time soon. But if I do, I know where Ill be going! These guys couldve easily charged me extra for the part/labor, but $50 and two hours later, I had a working phone. Thanks again Donovan! Cant recommend this place highly enough!

Came in today 6/7 @ 2p, told the associate my device was loose on one end, asked if they had any adhesive glue to seal up the exposed part of my phone (upper-right corner). Minutes later I hear a loud noise, I observe my phone is cracked theres a dent on the upper-left side, 2-3 cracks on the screen and the speaker cover is exposed. The technician had the audacity to say there was nothing he could do after damaging my device and lied saying the trauma that was present on my phone was there before I walked in. These guys really are selfish bastards @ CPR - Westport KC, wont be doing business with them again. A damn shame people cant take responsibility for their actions.

I am very impressed with their customer service! I got VERY lost trying to navigate KC, I was trying to find the Westport location, and ended up almost to Kansas! Donovan not only took the time to help me get turned around, he stayed on the phone until I was just about there. He even called me right back when I managed to miss my turn and get horribly lost again. On top of that, due to there being no parking spots open, he came out to me to get my phone. Such a nice guy, and definitely service above and beyond. Thank you for being amazing Donovan! That kind of service is worth the traffic and mayhem of downtown KC. ;)

LIFESAVERS. I am in Kansas City on a business trip (totally new city to me), and I realized at 4:30am that the charging port on my phone was broken. Frantically spent the morning figuring out my options. The Verizon store recommended going here, and Im so grateful for the fact that he recommended it. I walked in around 10:45am and had my phone totally fixed by 11:45am. The staff was amazingly friendly and very helpful. They even let me use their WiFi to do some work while I was waiting. 10/10. So happy. Totally recommend.

They didnt actually gain me as a paying customer today, but did manage to gain a happy and future-paying customer due to their honesty about my particular situation and their recommendation to hold off on a repair. I very much appreciate their honesty, even to the point of sacrificing an immediate sale. I was also having trouble charging my phone, so they also cleaned out the charging port and fixed the issue at no expense. Will definitely be going back when the time comes!

I had the best experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair Westport! I cracked my phone (quite a lot), and the owner of the business fixed it in 15 minutes..... yes, 15 MINUTES!! I didnt even have to leave the store and I had my phone back, looking brand new within minutes. The price was extremely fair as well and he was such a nice caring individual. I will definitely be back if something happens to my phone again :)

Donovan helped me with my wifes phone and just recently on my phone. Both times, he knew exactly what to do and he was fast (within 24 hours) and very reasonable! When you find an honest, competent "techy" who actually is happy to share his knowledge with regular people (doesnt have an attitude), you have to tell people. If I have any issues with my phones, tablets, etc., Im going to Donovan.

Called and asked if they could fit me in within a few hours since my phone is my work device as well. He said he could fit me in right away - drove there, dropped it off, and had it ready 30 minutes later with very reasonable pricing. Super friendly guy. Will definitely use again - thank you!!
