A coworker of mine went to fax, just fax nothing else. She faxed 25 pages at a machine where nothing like a charge per page was even posted. After the fax she walked up to the register to pay and the charge was $38.50!!!! 25 pages!!!. Then after the first supervisor was called he called the store manager and the man couldnt be anymore insufferable and ridiculously rude about it. She didnt have that much money. She would have paid the $28 she did have and offered to pay the rest on Tuesday when she got paid. The manager Josh wouldnt have any of it and got in her face and started yelling that it was "THEFT!!" She tried to tell him that if she would have known how much it cost she wouldnt have used it. He just yelled rudely making a huge scene where everyone was looking and said "we have your picture and you are banned from any Office Depot of office max in the world" She even called later to apologize and see if he calmed down and express how she didnt appreciate the way he acted and was still willing to pay the charge on Tuesday. She explained to him that she is a disabled combat Vet and he said, on recording, that he didnt care if she was a Veteran disabled or not. I would never ever go to that office depot unless that idiot manager Josh was fired!!!

I did the online service to get posters printed. Later that day, employee Josh called me and at first, I was amazed at the fast print service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, he told me that they couldnt print them because if I didnt have the copyright release forms, it would violate federal law, but he may not be aware that every other printing service in the entire nation is able to print posters/photos for educational purposes :) #thanksJosh

Office Depot, you SUCK. Every time I need copies, you find a way to let me down. I need 14 copies. Thats it. That would take maybe 2 minutes, MAX. But, your reply..."we could have them done by Saturday". Saturday, WTF? Are you kidding me?? Apparently they are soo busy. Although the store is empty and I dont hear a single copier running!!! Last visit to your store, I promise.

Unapologetic Scam Artists! I bought a box full of office supplies today, only to realize that they had overcharged me on several items. I went back in to get my money back, which they did honor, but they didnt even apologize. They didnt seem to care, I cant help but wonder how many dont notice this scam. I wont be doing business here anymore.

Worst Office Depot I have ever dealt with. Lady told me she was too busy to make 200 copies in a copy machine and I had to leave it for 24 hrs. What the heck? You cant just hit a button on the copier? Oh, but she said that I could try to make them on the self service machine. Screw you

Horrible service, I had to wait 2 days on a few photos made from just copy paper. This should have been done in just minutes. Im told to pick up my order at certain time, and find out its not even done! Blue Springs Office Depot is far better than this one!
