I wouldnt recommend this place for possible new hires.... At least not this specific Target, and heres why. I was called in for my first interview with Rambo on a Wedsnesday, and she specifically said to me after my interview; "someone will call me back on a Thursday or Friday to schedule me a second interview on that following Monday." Everything seemed great with the first interview! I called Rambo back on Saturday telling her that I never received a call letting me know what time to come in Monday for my second interview. Rambo says: "I will have a manager call you back on Saturday." However, that wasnt the case. I am now posting this review on a Monday afternoon and I havent heard word from Target... Now hear me out before people start assuming Im a real jerk. First of all, dont tell people that youll schedule them for a second interview on Monday, when the truth is, yalls too scared to tell me "dude, youre not the right fit, but thanks for applying. Maybe in the future you can apply again and well see what happens." Its okay, Im not going to be upset about *getting rejected*, but what I do get upset about is, you lead me on and tell me that I have a second interview then bail out on me and leave me in the dust and not calling me back. Thats not cool Target Management. Last but not least, I honestly think that this specific Target wants either spoiled rich teenagers working for them or someone with a pretty face working for them and assuming that these little spoiled washed up brats will keep their job forever and represent Target for years to come, when in reality, eventually quit within a year because they have mommy and daddy to help them with college and then leave Target forever. Maybe you should all consider hiring people of all ages? Instead of hiring young minors or beautiful cover models when they know NOTHING about the real world and paying bills like I do.

I dont hate Target, but will never shop here. Taking a stand for LGBT might sound like a worthy cause, but in the end, it can be seen as encouraging the so-called "right" they are crying out for. The Board of Directors at Target may not agree with the laws in places like North Carolina, but when it comes to LGBT issues, the Supreme Law-giver has made it clear those are abominations. Calling something that was declared wrong a "right" doesnt change it. Thats what children do on the playground when they arent winning a game, they try to change the rules on the spot so they wont lose. I dont judge those who choose that lifestyle, but the Word of God says he will. I wont support confused companies that encourage abomination because people die from lack of knowledge. I understand they support the individuals, but supporting someone you care about doesnt mean you tell them its OK to do wrong. Whats funny is, this post will probably be removed under the guise of hate speech. What happened to the "right" of free speech? I hope every soul involved in the LGBT lifestyle repents and turns from their ways before they meet the real Judge. Many have. Look up Dennis Jernigan and his ministry to the LGBT community. He put his career on the line because he knows first hand that there is a battle and an LGBT agenda. Target has taken a stand on what part they play in this agenda, and may even profit from. That still doesnt make it "right!"

This target doesnt carry a lot of the merchandise thats advertised for online. Ive had so many problems where they over charge me for items whenever it will say its on sale on the ad and then them charging me full price. So you need to always check you receipt. Since they dont carry anything that ive been needing in store at all and they have it on sale on my cartwheel app Ive tried to order it and pay it in store and they wont let me do that. Ive just had too many issues at this target and since Im a coupon er Ive had so many issues where Ive had to wait in line for 30 min or over because they cant seem to get my purchases right. So always check your receipts. I always have the issue of where I have to wait at the customer service to check out and half of the time there is no one at customer service. Plus while at it they constantly run out of what I need. Ive gone in there so many times to see that there completely out of what I need. i love target but I apsolutly hate this target. Ive already spoke with the manager to try to at least get one issue resolved and lets just say he was of no help at all.

I have visited this store a number of times over the years, the last 2 times, I was NOT happy with them, I now have bad knees and have had one replaced, I can not walk the whole store over, so I now use the motorized carts offered there, on friday, there were 3 carts plugged up, I unpluged one the light kept flashing which says ask,for help, got off that one and the other 2 was same way, my husband went asked for help one girl tried to help but didnt know so she went got what we thought was a manger, she turned off then on one cart and then said you can shop with out a cart or use a wheel chair we offer, now this happened the time before friday too, no one at the store cared one thing about if i could shop or not...I understand they do not have to offer these carts but if they do they should try everything they can to help people who need them to shop...I have doubts I will every try this store again...back to wal mart it is...shame on you Target !!!!

I am trying to figure out what is going on at the Fort Smith Target store. The last several times we have been in there, the place looks ransacked. Merchandise is all over the floors, thrown on shelves where it doesnt belong, shelving is broken, bathroom fixtures are broken, there is no seasonal merchandise unless you want Valentine candy at 30% off, empty shelves everywhere, less than a dozen shopping carts at the entry, etc. Dont even think about trying to find anyone to help you. If you do find someone, they act like you are imposing on them. The finale today was the female cart pusher trying to bring carts back into the store while talking on her cell phone and her "helper" smoking his cigarette.

They WOULDNT honor my manufacturers coupons =( Had a $3.00 off Maybelline & $1.00 off Cover girl coupon. I made sure I had the correct items as listed on the coupons. At checkout, coupons wouldnt scan. Asked to call a customer service rep to help. She informed me that if the coupons wouldnt scan, there was nothing she could do. She said they cant enter them manually either. So I left the merchandise & walked out. Will never shop there again =(

I miss my REAL Super Target, with a full grocery, deli & huge selection of goods. Sadly, my experiences so far here have been lacking. Never enough cashiers at checkout, and no Express Lane! I love Target! Why ruin it at the checkout? My ice cream is melted before I can get out of the store! Room for improvement.
