Oh my where do I start. I swear I had to keep going back to this store at least 5 times for different tablets we bought from them. Customer service the 4th time was good. This last time was horrible. Simply horrible! Their tablets were crap!! Digiland and Acer brands are no good!! We also tried the Amazon Fire, the charging cord kept falling out! The manager tried telling me the very last time that he has an Acer tablet and has no issues with it. Im sorry sir but thats besides the point here! Im the customer and Im having issues with the damn tablet!!! He tried to turn it on and swipe the open screen himself and couldnt! Their return policy is a joke as well. Pay the extra for worry free returns me a**!!!!! I asked if they would discount an insignia tablet for ALL my trouble Im having and with a straight face he said no. I said what my problems were again and he said no, absolutely not. I asked to speak with the manager above him and that guy was conveniently at lunch. I asked when he thinks he would return and the manager said yeah I dunno. I cant just go get him and ask him to help you with this. I said well ok then a********. The manager then walked away and I said I want to see how much of a refund I would get if I just wanted a refund. Well without even asking if thats exactly what I wanted they refunded the money. Fine by me!!! Good riddens!!! Im sorry but it shouldnt take 5 times to get a correctly working tablet!!!! Now my daughter is beyond frustrated because weve tried and tried to get her a working tablet from this place and they have all been no good!!!! Customer service for the most part are just rude!!! And would you believe that not everyone in the store knows how to do customer service!!! I asked the rep so what happens when someone calls in sick or you need to use the restroom!!!! There would be no one to cover that person for the customer!!!! So there would be customers standing there waiting!!! Just plain bad business!!! Not to mention their website inventory DOES NOT match the stores inventory.

Went to Best Buy in Liberty, MO tonight because they were advertising $119 for a 32" Toshiba TV. Found the TV on their shelf with that price posted. Asked the "non-worker" where we could find that TV. She didnt even have to look - instantly said "we dont have any more of them". I asked for a rain check, she said no but we have this other TV over here (of lesser quality) for only $169 - oh wait - theres one open box for $155. I asked to speak to the manager for a rain check - instead she went and talked to the manager. Then she came back and said that they dont offer a rain check! Of course they dont - this is their "bate and switch" item! Come in for one thing and well try to sell you something of lesser quality for a higher price!!! I told her that and that they needed to remove the TV and the price because it was bait and switch - she turned and walked away!!!!! Go anywhere except Best Buy. Ive never had a good experience at this location. I cant speak for any other. (This doesnt deserve a star but it made me choose one!)

Good luck finding anyone who is knowledgeable on the product you want. Not a big selection. Justin , the manager is a useless little Smart A@#...i have bought $1000s of dollars worth of product here and Best Buy.om just told me to take some stereo equipment to this store to exchange it because it was missing parts when it was delivered today...he was very rude, lied, disrespected me. I have had an issue with one item at that store that was damaged when the geek squad installed it, came out to fix that problem and broke another piece, then, samsung wouldnt send anyone out to look at another problem, so yes...i did complain about that and they did replace it with another dishwasher and havent had a problem since. So for the POS Justin to say Every time I come in, theres a problem ...IS A LIE...i just had 1 stereo fixed and paid for everything...no complaints, just had another $700 stereo installed 4 days ago....No Complaints....Do not go to this store for any other reason than to have Anthony put on auto accessories.

Wow. Ive only been in the store casually, but today I decided to call in and see if they had any Roku boxes in stock. Im mostly complaining about the customer service here, since when at the store the employees seemed helpful and friendly enough. I called and was greeted by an electronic voice. I pressed the proper buttons and was informed that there was 1 customer ahead of me in line for an actual, real live person. I waited on the phone for over 10 minutes while listening to hold music and advertisements, while occasionally being informed that my call is very important. I definitely did not get the impression that they valued my custom at all. I eventually hung up the phone. Ive never made a large purchase there, but I certainly hope that I will be assisted in person a whole lot better than I was over the phone. Im not impressed. Plenty of nationwide brands answer the phone with real people and are attentive and helpful- Im off the phone in 2 minutes. Why cant Best Buy do the same?

I wanted to buy an iPad 4 64G, but wanted to make sure that they had it in stock. Couldnt really tell on the website so I called the store. I didnt want to have to drive 30-minutes to find out they didnt have it in stock. I waited on the line for a customer service rep for 25-minutes, and while I was on hold I called Simply Mac. They picked up right away and ended up purchasing from there for the same price I would have gotten it at Best Buy. Sorry guys, you missed out on a $500 purchase, simply because you cant pick up the phone. Side note, afterward I called Best Buy customer service, just to let them know that I was not pleased with waiting on hold. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes hearing, "Your call is important to us. Please hold, and a customer service representative will be with you shortly." at least 10 times, I hung up. I guess the only way to register a complaint is by leaving a review. :(

Went to the liberty Best Buy , looking for a tablet while we did talk to one employee that was very helpful by the laptops , when we got to the tablet section we couldnt find a single employee, we quickly found what we were looking for and flagged a few different employees down to see if they could help and they kept telling us they would go get their "Samsung tablet guy" and never returned we waited for about 35 min or longer then we went to the greeter who had a headset and told them that we had asked several employees for help and we were waiting and could he please page someone to that area and he rolled his eyes and said "okay I guess" which is completely unprofessional and rude if you have to go to Best Buy I would suggest going to one in Tiffany springs they are nicer and seem to be more staffed so theres always someone able to help you
