Look up this company on BBB before you buy. Sales people tell you something but dont back it up. Dont believe anything you are told because the sales team tell you one thing and management doesnt back it up. They wont exchange or refund or even change your order and cite their "sales policy" as the reason even though it loses them a customer. Most companies are happy to work with you on exchanges when you are spending thousands of dollars at their store. They did not have what we wanted on the floor so we ordered from a catalog but realized when we got home and pulled up a larger picture that we did not want the piece with a footboard (bed). We called sales person that day and he said to come in next day, "no problem," and we could change the order. We got there and they REFUSED to change anything even though they hadnt ordered it themselves yet! They still have $60 of our money because they refuse to refund even though we spent thousands of dollars there. Reported them to BBB but report goes off after so many years so am updating my displeasure with this company in hope it might warn others. Buyer beware. We were at Cypress location but I assume all stores follow same policy. At least read the most recent BBB reports and know that there are older negative reports that arent showing. Owner threatened to deliver furniture to us we didnt want and said he didnt give a ">>>" if we reported them to the BBB. This is not a customer-friendly company.

We purchased one peice of furniture from this store last year our experience was just ok. We had to wait 1 day for them to move the chair from the show room to the back area. We came in to purchase a new living room set this time and the one we wanted would not be in stock for atleast a month. They tried very hard to get us to leave a down payment of half of the purchase price and said they could not hold any if they came in. I said no-way am i leaving a D.P. and wait for a month. I mentioned we might go to gallery furniture and just look. The sales man got on his computer and told us gallery did have it but it would be $600 more at gallery. We left and decided to go look at gallery anyway. It was less than $100 more than furniture hut we had it delivered that night and we got $900 dolars in store credit that we were able to redecorate our whole living room with. We wont be purchasing from any furniture hut stores anymore.Maybe this why the parking lot is always empty.

2 Idiots & a Shop - If you are looking for 2 best idiots, you can find them here. There are some furniture shops, who offer same product for lesser price than this shop. When I raised a question to get an understanding, one of the sales rep – Andy got angry and said, you should go and buy in those shops, this was Hilarious. It was even more hilarious, when I approached the manager and talked about the sales rep’s behavior. He was justifying the sales rep’s action and said, we have been in business since 2002 & we know what respect to customer is and all those blah blah blah. These guys think that nobody should negotiate with them. These guys think that, they run the shop in Mars where no other furniture shops can be found. I really pity the owner, who keeps these guys as employees. In short – avoid this place, as there are better shops giving same brand furniture for lesser price & more importantly they have people who show better attitude.

Bought a kitchen table and a dining room set from TFH. 2 of the dining room chairs didnt come in, so they brought us the table and said they would bring the other 2 chairs the following week when they came in. The chairs came in a couple of days ago, and I stupidly accepted delivery without inspecting them. My wife found a stain on one of the cushions today, and I called the store. They let me bring in the stained chair, and exchanged it for another one no questions asked. Even though I had signed the paperwork stating that the furniture was in good condition. This was my second major purchase from this store, and I will definitely be looking there again when I need more furniture.

I just bought bedroom furniture fromTFH in Cypress, TX. I never write reviews but felt I had to in this case. From my first visit to my delivery today, everyone I encountered at TFH went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. The showroom is similar to an intimate boutique furniture store but with very reasonable prices. Jody and Amir were up front and honest about store policies, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive without being annoying. Myra was very accommodating in scheduling my delivery and the deliverymen were efficient, on time and very polite. I will definitely consider Texas Furniture Hut in Cypress for my next furniture purchase.

My wife and I have been shopping at TFH for many years. We have furnished multiple homes and referred numerous friends and family members. We continue to be amazed at the low prices, quality pieces and the variety of brands they carry. In my opinion its the best bang for your buck in Houston and the surrounding areas. Super service and very friendly and helpful staff from the sales folks to the delivery and set up guys. The only issue I have with my last purchase is the theater seating is too dang comfortable. I cant get through a movie without falling asleep.

I visited the Katy location and Frank the sales associate was very knowledgeable and very nice! I am so happy with my bedroom furniture! I also visited the Cypress location and Daniel the sales associate was very nice and helped me pick a great couch! I did not have the 10% off voucher when I purchased the couch, but when I called Tarik the manager he was very kind and gave me 10% off! He made my day!!! Mayra was very helpful in scheduling my delivery and the delivery guys did a great job too!

I went there to look at a bedroom set that I saw on their website, Nice and clean store with good selection and prices, salesperson was informative without being pushy and that matters to me , no price negotiation but the same set was already 20% more on some other stores website so I got a really good deal, got delivery within 24 hours and it cost only 50 with the assembly, will go back there for a dining table that I saw as soon as we are ready , great experience overall

Went to Gallery Furniture 1st. The salesman was so annoying and pushy to the point they made me feel uncomfortable. I enjoyed my shopping experience at TFH, with no-one hovering over me, however, they were front and center when I did need help. I ended up buying the same Tempurpedic mattress, cover, and box that I saw at Gallery, for almost $600 less. I will definitely go back to TFH for my nextfurniture needs.
