This Furniture store deserves a zero. PLEASE READ THIS, BEFORE YOU EVEN WALK INTO THIS STORE!!!!!!! Yesterday, late afternoon. My family and I, walked into this store because of the "good deals". The Sales Person that we were working with was the best sales person we have ever come across to. He told us of a furniture set that was marked down 50% percent. At our surprise of the price, we immediately wanted it. After doing the Financing, and getting approved. Our sales person went to go get the red ticket that displayed all the information on the furniture set. As soon as we were about to take it. This other family can running towards it and told MARIA the sales person that was helping them, that they wanted it. MARIA came and snatched the red ticket and said that the other family got it. At our surprise, we told our sales person "what was going on"?. He was confused and went to go ask a "manager" named Jennifer Fox and she started yelling at our whole family. Literally yelling. She started to tell us that it was "first come first serve" at this point my family were very upset. We explained everything. Telling JENNIFER that we were here first and we did all the paperwork and that we were just about to pay for everything until MARIA came and just took the red ticket from us. JENNIFER Than started to tell us that you have to have the red ticket with you first. At this point were just so upset with the whole evening. There was nothing for us to say that could their mind. This is not right at all. JENNIFER than realized that we were more than upset and started calling other stores, so that our family could get the same deal. After waiting over two hours. JENNIFER along with the help of our original sales person found the Ashley Furniture store in Humble.They made that store in Humble gives us that furniture set because they knew what they did was WRONG. After everything was done and said, my family and i will never go back to this location nor Ashley Furniture at all. This was by far the worst experience anyone could ever have. PLEASE DO NOT GO. MACYS FURNITURE IS FAR BETTER.

DO NOT buy furniture from here. They are crooks! I bought a living room set from this store and it started falling apart within a month. The warranty is a joke! After months of submitting requests, they finally sent a guy out to repair the broken wood on the loveseat. He was also supposed to order new foam for the cushions because all of the foam on the couch and loveseat balled up and the cushions have lumps. The fabric also got fuzz balls all over it after just a short time of having it and the warranty guy said its normal and there is nothing Ashley will do about it! It has been over 6 months and we have yet to see the new foam for the cushions and we cant get a straight answer from anyone at Ashley. We have been promised phone calls back and never received them. We have sent emails, spoken to our sales guy and several managers. The bottom line is, the furniture is very poor quality and they dont care. They just give you the run around and try to make you feel better. One of our end tables is flaking on top and we use coasters for all drinks. It gets minimal wear and tear. I havent even made an issue of this because the couch issue is so much worse. I am embarrased of my couch and loveseat and they look very worn and old. They are just now one year old this month and they look 10 years old!!!! Ridiculous! I do not have small kids and my pets are not allowed on it, so their is no reason it should look like this other than the fact that its low quality. My mom bought a leather couch and loveseat a few years ago and she called in a warranty request for a worn spot in the leather and found out its not covered! I was with her when she bought it and the sales lady told her that was covered...the sales lady did seem drunk though! I will never go back to any Ashley Furniture store again because the customer service aspect is terrible once you are already a customer.

IF I COULD RATE WITH ZERO STARS I WOULD. PLEASE WHAT EVER YOU DO AVOID ASHLEY FURNITURE. I SHOULD OF DONE MY DUE DILIGENCE OF RESEARCH AND WOULD OF AVOIDED THIS PLACE. THERE IS A SPECIFIC REASON WHY THEY OFFER ALL THESE NO APR FOR 36 MONTHS. BECAUSE THEY HAVE REVIEWS LIKE THIS. THEY WILL BE LIKE VULTURES AND GET YOUR MONEY. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOU. AS A CUSTOMER YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WRONG. SUSAN IS NOT HELPFUL. TIM THE SALES MANAGER IS NOT HELPFUL. AS A MATTER OF FACT NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HELPFUL. I ORDERED A TABLE SINCE OCTOBER. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED TABLE THE FIRST TIME. AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DELIVER THE TABLE. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED THREE DIFFERENT DELIVERIES AND THEY WERE ALL DAMAGED. THEY STATE THAT THEY INSPECTED IT AND IT IS STILL DAMAGED. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY TABLE AND IT IS ALMOST 2014. THAT IS OVER THREE MONTHS NOW. READ THE REVIEWS AND MAKE YOUR DECISION FROM THERE. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. THEY TAKE A CLASS ON HOW TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP IT. TRUST ME AND IF YOU DONT THEN TRUST WHAT EVERYONE ELSE SAYS. THERE ARE MORE DOWNS THEN UPS. THEY ARE CROOKS ALL OF THEM..YOU WILL END UP SPENDING 5000 DOLLARS AND NEVER GET IT BACK. TRUST ME.

Bought a couch at this store over the weekend and its sad to say this store/business has poor handling of customer service and deliveries. For the check out we were asked to wait 30 minutes to proceed to payment because they only had 2 front desk assistants at a time. However there are 6 counters for check out, only 2 are operating. the store was pretty munch empty, we had 2 other people ahead of us to check out as well. It would take 30 minutes wait because their technology got stuck in the 70s. The receipt was supposed to be sent via email right away, did not happen. Had to call 3 times within 48 hours till someone actually sends it. Delivery day! WRONG COUCH! they wanted to leave the couch in here till the correct one is found at the warehouse. And those guys kept asking if I was really sure I did not order that one. Customer service took 24h to have this figured out, correct couch (hopefully) is being delivered 3 days later than it was supposed to and then they will make me sit here and wait all afternoon because in the morning "they have other deliveries to do, so this one cannot be rushed". They do not care if they are being inconvenient to the costumers at all, they dont refund the shipping fee, nor they try to accommodate their schedule to the clients needs once they messed up. Do not use this store!

I was happy with my original sales experience, other than the fact they sold me on the extra protection plan, stating that it covered pretty much everything. DO NOT GET THIS PLAN as this is not true. It is a rip off and very little is covered. I purchased the plan ($300) for my dining room table and chairs. I recently noticed that the table is warping on the surface of the table. I called the protection plan and they stated that this is not covered under the plan. I then called the customer service of Ashley furniture to see what they could do. They said there was nothing they could do as it is past the their 1 yr warranty. So either way, if this was caused by water damage, it is still not covered under the EXTRA plan I purchased and if it was a product defect, it isnt covered as it is past the factory warranty period. I spent $4000 at this store and they were willing to do nothing for me. After, I posted this review, I received a call from Ashley and they ended up refunding my money for the warranty, which I was impressed with. Well done Ashley. I would stand by my original view in the fact that I would not buy the extended warranty from Montage Furniture Services, but would certainly go back to Ashley Furniture and am impressed overall by their service.
