This store on 21 and Sheridan is the worst. The salesman, Carlos lied to me and told me he would wait to hear from me to arrange delivery. I called him the very next day at opening and told him to cancel my order and I changed my mind. He said as long as the furniture is not delivered, I would not get charged for the furniture as I got approved for financing. Carlos told me that I can change my mind within 7 days. I called the next day. He never called the finance company to cancel the order. On Monday, delivery came to drop off the furniture I cancelled. I called the finance company and they said they got funded. Carlos said he would not send it in until I called him. Very unprofessional and shady. I call that fraud. I called the finance company and they said they had to verify with FFO that the sale was cancelled. Its now 3:30 pm Monday and FFO still did not call the finance company. I called FFO at 1100 am today and the manager never called me back. What a bunch of losers. Be careful if you get approved for funding.... unless you are absolutely sure you want your order.

Ive been sitting on lawn furniture for the last month. I dont have the best credit in the world and really needed a small couch for my new apartment. From the moment I stepped in the doors at FFO Home I felt relaxed and welcome. The salesman Brendan asked what I was looking for and then took me to exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really cared about me getting the best furniture for my situation. There were four people working there with Brendan and every single one of those people played a part in me walking out that door a very happy customer. The funny thing about it was that I could see on their faces that they were genuinely happy when I was able to go home with my new couch. :-) My new couch is comfortable, stylish and well made. It looks wonderful in my apartment. I sincerely have no qualms about recommending FFO Home to my friends and family who mean the most to me. Shop there. They will take pleasure in helping you find what you need.

I came to FFO here in Tulsa after reading reviews and seeing that they had 5 stars online. I now know why! All the comments were about an employee, Abe. I just so happened to have him helping me! As soon as I walked into the store he greeted me and offered me water. Ive been having a really rough time and have been really stressed out with my unexpected move. I had absolutely nothing in my apartment. He listened to my all of my problems and actually relieved a lot of stress for me. I told him what I wanted and he found EXACTLY every thing that I needed. I have completely furnished my apartment from this store. Which I didnt plan on at all. I have never had customer service like this in my entire life. If I ever need anything I will make a point to come back to this store and buy it from him! Give this man a raise and his own store! Do whatever you can to keep an employee like this! His customer service skills make him absolutely irreplaceable!

My husband & I walked into the store. We were greeted by Brandon who was super nice and helpful. He wasnt annoying & did not bombard us at all. Normally we hate to even step foot in a furniture store due to being haggled but we felt at ease at FFO! He also introduced us to Abe, he was extremely knowledgeable able about anything and everything we asked him about plus more, we couldnt be more happy with our experience with them. We liked them so much that we bought our bed, sofa, love seat, & dining table from them! They went the extra mile for us & their kindness is what sold us on furnishing our home from them. We truly appreciate their help, I highly recommend those two. Ask for them & they will make you more than happy! Abe was super nice & gave us a gift when he didnt even have to! Thanks super much!! We are more than satisfied! =)

After going to pratically all the stores in Tulsa to look for a sectional we decided at the last mintue to try FFO. At first glance it seemed like it would be no different than the rest however we were given a better deal there than any of the other stores we went to including Mathis Brothers, Sunshine and Snows. The service was exceptional which included the loading and tying down of our sectional. Apparently it is under new management and Clark (the manager) seems determined to clear their previous reputation and offer the best prices. We were so impressed with FFO that we created that we found the need to setup a google account just to write this review and to also point out the wonderful service that Justin and Clark gave us. If we need furniture again we will definetly make FFO our first stop.

Amy C. Is who we spoke with about bedding options as i needed something more orthopedic considering my health issues. She was very knowledgeable about the options that would be best for us. When we went to purchase our bed she had already left for the day so her coworker Carlos (i believe was his name) helped us with finding the right one and processing the purchase all the while making sure that the credit was placed where it should be for Amy who had helped us make the decision. The all over atmosphere of this establishment is incredible. Good people, easy help, and knowledgeable sales representatives. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this establishment and speak to staff. I am a very satisfied customer and we absolutely love our new bed. Havent slept so well in years. Thanks FFO!

Everyone was extremely friendly, fast, and professional. Had been looking everywhere online & in-store for a bedroom set for my 4 year old daughter... Found nothing I liked and prices were too high for what was offered elsewhere. The last dresser/mirror that came with the set we liked had just been sold. Luckily, another salesman that was unloading shipment at the moment overheard and said we were in luck and it had arrived a few minutes before. Went in to just look around. Not only did we end up getting the bed set, but also a new mattress for a great deal! Were in and out in less than an hour. Have already recommended a few friends/relatives to FFO. Thanks to all who helped us out!

We went to FFO because we found out they carry Broyhill couches which we had in the past and loved. We were met by Brandon and Abe and between the two of them they helped us find the perfect sofa/love seat combination as well as recliner for our living room. Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They have arranged my delivery as well. They have actually made everything painless for us. We had a list of 6 furniture stores to visit today and found what we wanted in the first one. I would recommend FFO on Sheridan to anyone and will definitely go back when I need something else. Kudos Brandon & Abe!

My boyfriend and I came in to look at adjustable beds. I had a great experience from the very beginning until the end. They provided us with information and answered our questions that allowed us to make the best choice for us. Abe and Brandon were able to save us a lot of money and that was a very good thing. We even got free sheets for the three adjustable beds. I would definitely recommend that you come in and see how they can help you. You will not regret it.
