Musik Fetish

I tried calling in to locate a gourmet chocolate. First time I called, the associate wasnt sure how to help. She just kept repeating what I said to her co-worker or supervisor. Then she passed to phone to whomever was helping her, but I guess there was a bad connection because she hung up. When I called back I was put on hold, but the phone was just placed down and I could hear the entire conversation between her and the customer she assisted. After 3 minutes, she returned only to tell me that she gets in a lot of chocolate this time of year and she wasnt sure what she had in stock. Despite me giving her the exact name of the item I was looking for, she proceeded to call off a list of brands I had no interest in. She then asked if I had previously purchased the item from her store. Then she suggested that I come into the store because she wasnt in a position to help me any further because she was short staffed and really busy. I just thought Id save my self the gas and inconvenience of making the trip out there in case they didnt carry the item. Silly me. I just think its a little disappointing that I seem to be one of few people who likes to go above and beyond for customer service. Especially when its something as simple as checking the system, or the self, to see if my store carries an item a customer wants to purchase.

I just had to leave the store because they were out of carts. The manager tells me most of their carts are filled with product since they just received a truck. This manager couldnt empty a cart for me because he didnt know where to put the new product. This manager assured me he is a great manager.
