My experience with Ashley has been totally ridiculous. On my first visit, I ordered a bedroom suite. I was told it take up to six weeks for delivery. I went back 3 weeks later to purchase more furniture and checked on my bdrm suite. When they looked up the order they said yes I see you ordered a sectional! I said no I did not. The bdrm furniture was discontinued. No one bothered to call me to let me know and they just put a sectional in the order in place of it. Then I picked out furniture and put a deposit on it and went home to measure an area for an additional piece. The furniture was IN stock. When I went back the next day, 4 of the 9 pieces that I put a deposit on were no longer in stock. For delivery they have forgotten items twice and I had a broken chest of drawers. It was delivered over labor day weekend and I still havent gotten the replacement. I was supposed to have a delivery on Wed 9/10/14-no show. When I called the salesman, he said he would call back-he didnt. (2nd time). The lady on the phone today 9/11 said they do NOT deliver to my area on any day except Wed. however two of my deliveries have been on Saturdays. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Roxani Perryman met us at the door and asked what we were looking for. She pointed out areas that we might look and DID NOT follow us around. She found us after a bit and answered questions. That is exactly how I like to be treated. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. I would certainly ask for her assistance again. Ashley store did exactly what they said they were going to do. After buying furniture from another Tulsa store a year ago, I was really appreciative that the furniture arrived the very next Saturday as it was set up to do. We were given messages as to a window of 2 hours and the delivery men gave us notice before they arrived. They were courteous and even asked to help us with moving our other furniture back into place after they had placed the new furniture. They were courteous and professional as well. The only and minor thing that occurred was that a couple of bedside tables were on back order and we did not know that. We thought they were going to be delivered. These items are, however, going to be delivered this next Saturday. Im happy. The furniture is beautiful! I am so glad that I went to Ashley Home Store this time!

Our experience at the store was great. Joseph was very helpful and there is a good selection. However, there needs to be better communication with delivery. We set up our delivery for Sunday evening, the day after our purchase. However, no one ever showed up, or called on Sunday. So, we called the store on Monday morning. They apologized and said that our delivery had actually been scheduled for Tuesday. We let them know that Tuesday didnt work with for us, so they scheduled it for Wednesday evening between 3pm and 9pm. Then, we got a call on Tuesday from the delivery people who were headed our way with furniture. I let them know that we had rescheduled delivery for Wednesday 3-9pm. We received another call on Wednesday morning. This time they were letting us know that our furniture was ready, and wanted to know WHEN they could set up delivery. They were able to deliver on Wednesday evening as planned, but this obviously could have been better communicated and scheduled. Besides that, everyone was very nice and helpful and we do love our new furniture.

We had been shopping for new furniture to stage our remodeled home. We had been to several furniture stores and picked out some items but apparently werent satisfied with our selections because we kept looking. We were on our way to another store when we saw the Ashley store. We made a uturn and went in. They had a great selection and prices. We bought several rooms of furniture and accent pieces as well. Our salesperson was a delight! She was so helpful in finding what we were trying to describe to her. She also was able to give us discounts and showed us some really good items that were a really excellent bargain! We picked up our furniture so we could get it staged quicker for the photographer and we absolutely love the quality and craftsmanship of the items we purchased. We also were extended a line of credit that enabled us to expand our budget to purchase more pieces. We had an amazing experience! Thank you!

The salesperson was very helpful, giving me a lot of time and information for making the right choice of mattress for me. I was told that I would get an email the evening before the delivery giving me general information about the time and then would be called the morning of the delivery with a more narrow range of time. The email didnt come until the morning of the delivery and by 9:00 I hadnt gotten a call. I called the salesman and he promptly got me good information. The delivery people were very personable and efficient. They were careful to avoid existing furniture, walls, etc as they maneuvered that big king mattress and box springs through my house to the bedroom. Ive had only one night on the mattress but I think the choice was right. Check back in 25 years to see if it lasted as long as promised.

I should of listen to the reviews. When my wife and I walked in we walked around for about 30 min and no one offered to help us. Finally after getting some help My wife and I bought a entire living room set from a sales person WE HAD TO GET. Yesterday everything but the sofa was delivered. The end table arrived broken which I sent away before the delivery guys left. The sofa wasnt setup. Last night my wife and I hooked it up. After putting the love seat in the reclining position the motor burned out on the Durablend love seat. We also saw stuffing coming out of the love seat. Save your self the hassle and do some research before shopping here. What they sell looks nice but the quality is not good. Take a look at their Facebook page and search google. You will see for your self.

I ordered four new pieces of furniture for my new house. One of the pieces was a bed that my wife specifically picked out across three different stores it was the only one she wanted. We reserved all of the pieces but one needed special ordered. Since the special order cost was above that of the required amount to reserve the pieces, we were told that it would cover that. 6 weeks later the day beforewe had the order scheduled for delivery, I went in to check on the order and they said they had sold the bed out of stock. They said they could have it in from okc in a week or two. Just called back in two weeks later and the customer service representative said it would be at least 4 weeks from now. If you want to buy furniture without the hassle, do not go to this store.

We had been looking for at least 6 months for an elegant, but somewhat urban/industrial/rustic dining room set. We walked into the store and it was the china hutch that caught my eye. We were approached by Carey, a very nice gentleman who never pressured us or followed too close, but was there to answer all of our questions, and quick with a tape measure. We wandered around for awhile, but came back to that initial set. We ended up buying the china hutch, the table and 6 chairs and a buffet server. It was delivered 2 days later and we couldnt be happier with it. The value was fantastic and the customer service was above and beyond. We will definitely shop with Carey there again!
