Maria the owner has no idea how to run a successful business the honest way! I recently purchased a bed and mattress from a very nice man named James. When the bed was delivered we waited hours after the time slot that she promised it would get delivered. Then they came with the wrong parts, left, came back at 930 pm (3 hours later) her husband with some young kid built the bed literally in 10 minutes which brought up a lil concern but ok. Needless to say the bed broke in less then 3 months. When I call her to explain to her she tells me to send pics, which I did, then she says they have to come and look at it. She sends some young kid who tells me the bed was built the wrong way and says he has to order the right parts. Well ok. I give them two weeks still no call , no parts. I call she tells me she will call me back. Bottom line its been 3 months later still no call, no psrts, my husbAnd fixed it himself. We are in the process of filing a civil suit. The ghetto customer service this lady provides isnt right. Shes a thief she will take your money with cheap products and has her family come in to do half ass jobs. Stay away from Unisleep in Elizabeth. The problem is majority of her customers are immigrants who dont speak English and shes taking advantage so sad.

I purchased a table and 6 chairs in September and not even two months later one of the chairs broke. So I called and spoke to Maria the owner who apparently does not know how to run a business. The chair was built incorrectly so I bought the chair in and they are suppose to order me a new one. I have been hearing since Christmas the chair is there and every time I go to the store either the chair is still in the truck or Maria is not there. It is January 16 and I still have no chair. Now she is ignoring my calls and on the weekend is not in supposedly and by the time I get out of work the store is close. Her customer service is very shady do not trust them she will tell you what you want to hear and when something breaks she will ignore your phone calls. I will advise you to stay away from Unisleep in Elizabeth.

Bought a bed for my son not even 1 month and the frame is falling apart, from the cheap quality of frame. I plan on finding a resolution to this issue or i will be filing a complaint with BBB.
