Visited the store at Market Square and decided to order a few pieces. Within the store, the employees were very helpful and nice; they told me it would be about 2 weeks before I received my order but guaranteed it within 6 weeks. Two months later, we received damaged furniture, a rug of a color that we did NOT order, and a canvas we left in the box since the rug was necessary to bring all furniture together. After discussing with customer service (CS), Z Gallerie was kind enough to replace the rug and damaged furniture with the same incorrect rug and more damaged furniture of which we refused. It took over a month of calls to CS before they deemed that the sales department guaranteed us a rug which was discontinued. In addition, the art work we finally took out of the box was damaged. After a total of 2 months of calls with CS (4 months from the date of purchase), we are finally able to get a refund for the furniture and the rug. Although we were assured at the store that there would not be a problem returning any of the items if the purchase did not work out, CS fails to recognize this as a possibility. CS has now told us the damaged artwork was a Final Sale and the fact that they could not hold up their end of the contract in our receipt does not give them reason enough to refund the damaged painting since we did not call them about it within 30 days. I have not been this dissatisfied with the quality of customer service or the quality of products. Although Z Gallerie at a glance appears to have high class, it is quite the opposite. I urge you not to waist your time, money and efforts on this store and their poor quality of service and products. Stores such as Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn will give you high quality of service and durable products.

Arrived at a fairly calm sales period. Found two items that I wanted to purchase. I was then informed that the items were not for sale. Sales girl stated she would check the back. I stood there for 10 minutes watching the sales girl have a conversation with a coworker. At that point I approached the sales desk to speak with the clerk. I explained that someone was supposed to be checking the inventory. He then promptly dismissed me with, "We do not have any." I took that as my clue to leave. I am now willing ZGallery out of business. I hope you are as well. Give your patronage to a decent company!

I love this place! Each location has different pieces. I like the Memorial City location better!
