Purchased an 11 ft cantilevered Umbrella manufactured by Obravia Model # AG254222. It was installed by a good crew and all was fine until 5 days later it rained! The second tier flaps became "water balloons" as water collected rather than running off. After clearing the water by tilting the umbrella we were left with stains where water had pooled. Went to the store yesterday and was told yep they do that. Asked about previous complains which were acknowledged and basically was told that I had to deal with the design flaws myself by adjusting the top of the umbrella. This product is a piece of junk and Chair Kings willingness to help was ZERO!

Recently I bought a outdoor patio set which included a sofa and two chairs, ottoman and coffee table. The delivery people came before our scheduled appointment and dropped off the furniture without my inspection and signature. I now know why: 2 of the 6 legs on the sofa dont touch the ground! The legs are approximately 1 inch short. I made a claim and requested an exchange. After a two month wait I get a reply this week saying it was manufactured that way on purpose! I asked why does the floor sample have all 6 legs that touch the ground. There has been no response back from Chair King. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

They got 2 liquid sunbrella fabric protector bottles from another store and they did not seem full when I gently rotated them. Outside of bottle dirty. I refused to buy those bottles and assistant manager got angry and rude. Big hassle to have them check regular order date. Because of bad merchandise and rude manager, I left. They are nice if you give them money but rude when you want to pay when stuff comes in and you see it. May be better off checking out other places. I wont go to I45 "woodlands tx" again.

Great service, really helpful employee and manager helped us select furniture for our new back porch. Delivery service scheduled to arrive between 7 and 11 am, arrived at 7:10 am and helped us rearrange and place things quickly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Only negative thing was that the furniture is a bit pricey, but it seems worth it to get better furniture.

Great experience with Chair King. We ordered $15K worth of patio furniture from Chair King three years ago. They were very helpful and prompt then. Our furniture ended up with some defects and Earl (the manager) really handled that well. Cant recommend them highly enough!
