I bought my first set of patio furniture from Patio 1 ten years ago and since then I have added many more beautiful patio pieces from them. We have decorated our backyard golf course view with their durable products from benches, outdoor dining set, gazebo and much more. Our newest additions are 2 flame pits which make our view even more beautiful and romantic. What keeps us coming back to Patio 1 is very simple - the high quality products that you cannot find in any other patio or furniture store in town, the fantastic designs and presentation of the store and finally, the highly dedicated and knowledgable staff. Every time we go there they take their time to listen to us and help us to choose the best designs and products for our specific needs. Thank you Patio 1 for taking such good care of us. If you are looking for high end patio furniture, this is the store to look at. They have an extensive selection of furniture in different styles, modern to classic. There is also the ability to customize many features of your purchase. After trying to do extensive research on the web and look at multiple reviews, I decided to give Patio 1 a chance. I was pleasantly surprised that the sales representative, Dimitri, was extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. He explained the strengths and weaknesses of various products and gave us time to browse without the sales pitch. In the end, we purchased a beautiful patio set. I would highly recommend asking for "Dimitri" if you go to the Richmond location. He is soft spoken and honest. I would definitely do business with him again.

They have a really nice selection but are way over priced. The website is poorly done and tells you very little. You would think that they would want to display their exclusive collections of furniture but they dont. The store on FM 1960 has horrible staff and they dont even speak to you when they walk in the door. I guess their image is very snobby which is not pleasing at all

Fabulous array of furnishing to choose from set in beautifully laid out show-rooms. Friendly greetings and offer to assist when I walked in. Saying I was ‘just looking’ I was told of all of the nooks and crannies and outside areas and left to explore. No hard-sell following me around, but attentive.
