I have several issues with the customer service I received at Best Buy Furniture USA. First off, I knew what I wanted when I came in. When I inquired about the price, the woman refused to let me know if it was a sale price or the original price. She just kept telling me, you should go ahead and buy it now. The next issue was that after I decided to make a down payment to "lock-in" the price. She told me that I could put $300 down. When I gave her my credit card, she told me to enter my pin, I stated it was a credit card, and she informed me that they would charge me extra for using a credit card. When I told her I would just come back on Wednesday to pay with cash, she suggested that I put $100 down to "lock-in" the price. Once I agreed to that, she informs me that there will still be a charge to use my credit card. Once again, I refused to be charged extra just for using a credit card. She THEN tells me that I can put down $50 and there wouldnt be an additional charge. I pay the $50 down payment, sign the paperwork, and leave. Let me not fail to mention that they charge more for delivery simply for living on the third floor. This is why I decided not to have my furniture delivered. I come back on the following Wednesday to pay for half of what I owe. A man is there this time and he is very helpful. He collects by payment, via debit card, with no problem, writes down my pick-up date, tells me that I can pick up my furniture on April 26 and I leave. On April 26, I arrive to pick up my furniture at 10am right when they open. The lady who helped me the first time informs me that I was supposed to call before I came and that my furniture wasnt even at the store. She tells me to come after 12pm, but to "call before I come this time." Basically, she was making it seem like it was MY fault for not calling, however, I was never informed that I was supposed to call prior to coming. I get a phone call a little after 12 that same day letting me know my furniture was ready. I sent someone else to the store to pick it up for me. When they TOLD the lady how much was left for me to pay, she said okay. However, she ended up charging me twice as much as she was supposed to. After refunding the money to my card, she informs the person picking up my furniture that it wont be back on my card for a couple of days. The deal was great, but not worth the trouble.

Esta es mi segunda vez comprando aqui en Bestbuy furniture siempre que vengo recivo excelente atencion, amabilidad y servicio de parte de Abigail. es muy exelente vendedrora y muy profecional te ayuda con lo que necesitas responde todas tus preguntas y es muy paciente con los clientes los muebles que encuentras en bestbuy furniture son de muy buena calida estoy muy feliz de comprar todos mis muebles aqui !! un exelente lugar para comprar lo que necesitas para tu casa recomiendo este lugar a todos los que necesiten muebles para sus casas !! y les recomiendo que pregunten por Abigail . estoy muy feliz con su servicio al cliente Gracias ABIGAIL ;) !!!

Expect the worst! I bought a trundle twin bed for my 3 years old and chose to pick up and install myself, got everything out of the boxes but surprise, screws and bolts missing... so the next day I called and told them about it and they said theyll try to get it shipped to them from the warehouse, never heard an apology. When I drove there (for the 3rd time to get a *** bed) they gave me the bolts and screws but no manual to install the bed. Still, no apology of any kind, that same area is full of furniture stores, I dont know if they are all bad but I wont be going back to that place again. By the way, I paid $50 upfront for a twin mattress that they had in the store but I found a way much better deal online so I asked them to count that money into the bed price but they didnt accept because of the store policy, I just want to say that if you count yourself a decent store with "policies" you should be responsible and give people what they bought and paid for, not like my experience when I had a bed that I couldnt use. I was expecting them to at least offer to deliver the missing parts to my home, but didnt even get an apology! I just changed my 1 star to 2, only because the lady is nice.

estuve esta manana en bestbuy furniture y fui atendido por Abigail estaba buscando una litera para mis nino y ella me ayudo a encontrar la litera perfecta. estoy muy contento por el servicio que recivi de parte de ella es muy exelente vendedora y tiene muy buen servicio al cliente tan bien es muy amable con los clientes , !! se las recominedo !! pregunta por ella si llegas a bestbuy furniture . boy a recomendar mas personas a este lugar muchas gracias Abigail :)

les recomiendo esta muebleria el personal d ahi son muy amables te dan muy buenas opciones yo mis hermanas y mi mama tenemos comprando casi 5 anos aqui siempre que benimos recivimos muy buenos precios y los muebles son de muy buena calidad nosotros seguiremos comprando lo que nos falta en especial les recomiendo tratar con abigail tiene muy costumer service nos consiquio un buen precio por nuestros muebles gracias personal de bestbuy furniture :)

el servicio muy excelente, empleados atentos y amables en todas las preguntas de tuvimos. hemos sido clientes de la tienda desde el 2013 y siempre que venmos nos dan muy buenos precios , los staff son muy agradable y la teinda tiene muy buenos muebles nosotros seguiremos regresando por mas .recomendamos esta tienda a todos los que necesiiten muebles para sus casas gracias :)

The staff there are racist and extremely paranoid, especially Julia A. They dont put any prices on their furniture because they raise them (lower them) depending on your race. I was taking down some basic information on specific bed-sets I was interested in, like a normal person does when comparison furniture shopping at different stores. However, as soon as I began writing down the information, they yelled at me asking "Why do you need that info?". I tried to explain, because I was furniture shopping, DUH! However, they seemed too goddam stupid to understand this and said something about calling the cops. Worst experience I ever had furniture shopping. I would never buy anything from them or recommend the business to anyone.

All these comments are fake made up by the owner, I would say smart way of business lol, deleting negative remarks and posting whatever they like. Dont believe whatever is written here. I bought a king size bed and after the purchase the lady was begging me to give them a five star rating lol. The other reason you should realize why the comments are fake is because in all comments there is just one name "Abigail" is mentioned and praised lol. Rude people here. Dont waste your time and money here you can find far better deals other places than here. The items sold here are very pricey and all are Chinese cheap products that dont last months. You can buy half price in other locations.
