I bought my furnitures (bed room set, living room, dining set) from this place, though it seems good deal compared to brand name store like star furniture, in reality its not that great lots of store sells similar or better. Now, if two store has similar price which one people will go.. definitely one with good customer service. I paid more than half of the total cost on the purchase date and I was told within 7-10 days they will deliver it and at delivery i have to pay balance due. They delivered some of furnitured after 20 days and the delivery guys are asking me to pay the due, I said I will pay according to the furniture you are delivering not the whole unless I receive all the orders. So, I wanted to talk to the owner, Mr. Mark and the moment I said hello, he started to shouting and yelling like a mad dog, which took me a while whats going on in a shock. I never come accross with such a person who is doing business. After shouting for few minutes he hang up, i never get a chance why he is shouting and what I have done.. then i spoke with his assistant Julia and she told me that Mr. Mark is bad tempered person, well thats his problem. So I paid according to the delivery on that date. After another week I got the remaining furniture and paid the due and said myself no more Sarah furniture. Later I bought another living room set, entertainment and other small furniture from a crown mark agent and even got better deal. Be advised to run away from Sarah and Mr. Mark, get your business from some other place with reputation on customer service.

Per our own experience, Sarah furniture owner broke her promised negotiated price to us and not honest. The owner firstly do a lower pricing to us for the products and when we are interested to buy, the owner increase the price and said she never said the low price before and said maybe she said it by mistakes but no way to sell it. I am not the customer who wants to buy the table set. I am the one who wants to buy the bedroom set. Looks like they are doing the same promise change to other clients and they messed up what cases are. They cheated it is 3 years ago but actually it is only 2 weeks difference when they broke the promise to me. I just saw their review reply. Dont spend money on this no-brand and no-business trust furniture store in harwin road. They quoted you the price originally and I asked to take a pic of the quote. And Sarah said no I cannot take a pic. When we returned to buy the bedroom set after 2 weeks, she changed the oral promised price and I asked why you broke the promise. She said she never say the original price. If yes, pls show me evidence of the quote paper that she wrote down. I dont have the paper cuz she didnt let me take the pic for the 1st visit. I dont know what to say regarding this case but I will never recommend this store to anyone in case my friends are faced with the same anger like me.

We were in the market for a new bedroom set for my son. We had gone to several different furniture stores including Exclussive Furniture, Galaly Furniture, Rooms to Go, Ashleys Furniture, Pangco Furniture, and many other stores off Harwin. I listed all these big brand stores just to show that even they couldnt match Sarah Furniture immaculant prices. We specifically worked with Maria, let me tell you this woman is a beast! Maria geeeted is as we walked in, we told her what we were looking for and thats where the magic began. As I stated previously we went to so many stores so we already had in mind what we wanted. Maria, gave it to straight no hidden fees for a complete bedroom set. Queen Bed, Dresser, Mirror, Chest of Drawers, Night Stand, Matress & Box Spring, plus Delivery including Taxes All for under $1000 Cmon now you cant beat that! And before you ask... No, its not cheap, poorly made, furniture. They have a wide variety of great craftsmanship, and built to last furniture at Sarahs. If your in the market to refurnished your home. Go there, speak with Maria, and dont let the exterior fool you!

if you want to wait to get your furniture 3 WEEKS LATER then come here on a saturday i bought 1 thing from there and Amir the owner said it will be here TUESDAY i got it 3 WEEKS LATER!! I called everyother day n half the time they didnt even pick up the phone or return my calls but when they did pick up they told its in back other or its on its way i got the run around for 3 week. when i finally got my couch i asked to get it delivered and for the inconvinece and they wanted to charge me 50 dollars!! no!!! so when i went to pick op my couches they didnt wasnt to help me put the box on my truck and Amir the owen just gave me like 8 feet of rope to tie it and when i asked him to help tie the box to my couch all he said " MY JOB IS DONE YOU DEAL WITH IT" i got the worst customer service ever!!!!! and they were so rude!!!!! Stay away!!! spend your money and your time somewhere worth while

My wife and I recently bought a new home in Katy, TX and was refereed to Sarah Furniture by some friends who had recently bought beautiful furniture from them. After closing on the house we were not really ready to take on more purchases but after going through Sarahs financing department we were given many different payback options. We took a 90 day same as cash option and couldnt be happier with our purchases. Nothing like a new home with new quality furniture to go in it! I recommend checking this new store out! It was nice to see great quality and low cost and all of the varieties you dont often see on this side of Houston! My wife and I normally dont like the same type of furniture, but this store had things we both could agree would work for both our taste! Great experience from the start to delivery we will be using Sarah furniture in the future!
