On the month of May my husband and I came in to this store looking for furniture. We were assisted by the sales man who was very nice. We met with Tony who was very nice and helpful and helped us finalize the lease for the furniture. We had an agreement that he would hold on to the furniture store it in his warehouse until we were ready to move. So we made payments on the account until November never missed a payment never made a late payment. On 11/14/2015 my husband and I decided to cancel the lease. I called the leasing customer service line and they advised us to let the owner know we are canceling the lease and if he can send a credit invoice. My husband calls and speaks to Tony who stated he does not know what a credit invoice was, I get on the phone I explained to him what I was told by the lease rep agent and he stated he does not know what a credit invoice is and he will be contacting the leasing department. I advised him I will be doing the same. I called the leasing company speaking with the rep once again advised we are canceling and advised them that Tony didnt know what was a credit invoice. I then start explaining to the rep that the furniture was never delivered or picked up by us, We never signed a document that stated the furniture was delivered or picked up by us but yet on the the receipt he provided it stated COD "cash on delivery" So the rep advised she will transfer me to the return department to escalate the issue, I spoke to another rep who contacted Tony and Tony advised them the furniture was picked up by us. We never picked up the furniture never signed a document saying we picked it up or that it was delivered to us. At this point Im furious my husband and I go to his store where he flat out told us and lied to our face stating we picked up the furniture and does not have it and he does not know where it went or what we did with it. I told him to show me the paper work that we signed that the furniture was picked up or delivered. He stayed quiet things got heated we left the store. Once we got home Tony was called us to go back to the store and speak to him. 1 or 2 hours later we showed up at his store and he wanted us to call the leasing company and tell them we had the furniture and that we are returning it because he did not want to loose the leasing company. We told him no we will not do that I told him hes the one that lied hes the one who did this I asked him once again where is the document signed by my husband or I that the furniture was picked up because initially you have to sign some type of paper work when something is delivered or picked up, He could not provide me with that information. At this point I told him we will let the leasing company do the investigation. I was so upset because he basically called us liars and then turns around and asked us to help him out because he dint want to loose the leasing company. This has been a horrible experience! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I never write reviews online, but this business deserves it. I dealt with a salesman and the owner of this establishment and both were great. I needed to buy furniture for two apartments that I wanted to rent out. Initially, I picked out 2 sectionals as part of my order and unfortunately the manufacturer had discontinued that item without telling the store owner. The owner let me know right away and sat with me patiently and helped me pick something else out and insisted that he would cover any price difference for whatever I picked out as a replacement just for my inconvenience which I appreciated very much. That is great customer service! He also kept me informed of when the furniture would be in and had it delivered and set up the next day, understanding that I needed it right away. Tony, the owner, has a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and is a very friendly and personable person. I will definitely shop at his store for my future furniture needs. The prices are great too and they are patient with you as you shop and ask questions. I felt like they didnt just want to make a sale, but wanted me to leave happy, which I did! Way too go Bright!!!!! I dont have a bad thing to say about this place. I stopped by on a whim. I had already been to bi-rite and another store on 45 before that day. I just went in to purchase a dining set for my new home however since I just closed on my home I needed a lot more. Tony greeted me with a warm hand shake and friendly smile. He was very nice and high energy (all before I purchased anything). I was important the moment I walked through the door. I wasnt just another customer but yet I was treated like family. I purchased a very elegant living room set from Bright as well as end tables to match. I also purchased my entire guest room for a wonderfully low price (all the pieces included). I will return to purchase a master bedroom set from Bright in which I already have a really good deal on it. My furniture makes a statement just the customer service. Thanks Tony!!!!

I was looking for dining room and living room furniture and im glad i stopped by Bright Furniture. Mr Bobby and Mr Tony was SO nice and they gave us a good deal. They really care about their customers being pleased. Im glad i didnt go to another store. They also delivered the furniture on time like they said they would and the guys that brought the furniture was also nice and professional as well. Furniture looks beautiful! Francisco is the sweetest most professional salesman there! Id left a deposit somewhere down the street at another furniture store but after stopping here and experiencing the customer service that I did (just minutes before closing) I purchased three room sets. The prices are hard to beat and the quality is good. Will definitely be coming back!
