Knowing that sales were coming up before this last Memorial Day, we decided to shop around for a refrigerator in our Cypress neighborhood. After not finding anything special at Home Depot, Lowes or Best Buy, we thought wed give Sears a try, remembering that we had purchased a grill from them years ago. Even with their great selection, it was because of our salesman Wally & his excellent customer service, that prompted us to buy there. Not only for our fridge, but a microwave as well! His knowledge, helpfulness & great information, over a few days of us continually coming back, is why we stuck with him. He even called personally to remind us of the sales dates coming up. Spot on! They arrived on time for the scheduled delivery & installed them both. Even with a a minor mishap with the installation, Wally gave us options that offered us a chance for us to feel better about it. All in all, it was an experience that will make it much easier to shop with Sears again in the future!

In recently moving to Cypress, we needed new appliances & looked at some of the stores in the area. Despite having shopped at Sears about 10 years ago for a freezer & refrigerator, we thought wed try some other home improvement retailers. But, after not getting very good assistance at those stores, we decided to go back to Sears & found everything we needed there...a refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer & stove grates. For this reason, we ended up working with 3 different salespersons, all of whom treated us respectively, were knowledgeable & listened carefully to our concerns, which is very important to my husband & me. It was also nice that they had some great deals too! All the appliances were delivered as scheduled & installed professionally. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but it was taken care of without any hassles. In fact, the delivery gentleman & his team were great to work with as well, even taking one of the old appliances away.

Recently my washing machine required service or I needed to purchase a new one, so I had a Sears repair man come out to see what I had to do. Since his estimation was that it was cost prohibitive, I spent $1800 on a new washer that very day, at the Sears store right here in Cypress. I even went back within the week & purchased the matching dryer, for a total of $3400, because I am a loyal customer. Also, the delivery man was very conscientious about my home by wearing booties, for example. And even though that experience was good, I would appreciate it if Sears had a policy that reimbursed me for the $90 service call because I purchased a new appliance, or at least offer a credit toward the purchase of a new appliance. I was aware that Id incur that service charge, but it would be nice if they offered that consideration in an effort to keep a loyal customer even more loyal.

Our home flooded in April 2016, and it was necessary to replace all of our appliances. We purchased these appliances at the Sears store in Cypress. They have delivered our ice maker and wine fridge. In September, they will deliver two refrigerators, the dishwasher and the washer and dryer. Our sales person was wonderful and knowledgeable. In addition, she had a gracious personality. There are three salespeople in this location. They know their inventory and their computer system. They can quickly find any product on line that is not physically in the store. Kudos to this team. I am a Realtor, and I would definitely refer my customers and friends to my salesperson without the slightest bit of reservation because I know they will be in good hands from the minute they walk into this store until they leave.

For the very 1st time, we decided to shop for a new refrigerator at Sears, & particularly at the store here in Cypress. We chose them because of a different tax rate, but mainly because a few family members gave us good feedback on their own appliance decisions & service with Sears. When we ordered it with Tiffany, the sales manager right at that store, we not only appreciated her knowledge, but she was very helpful in guiding us to the one that would eventually suit our needs. From a professional & personal level, she listened to our concerns & suggested a particular model that has worked well for us right from the start. They gave us a date for delivery & kept their promise of getting it to us on time. Were now happy with a new refrigerator that has met all of our expectations.

My wife ordered stuff through sales person"A" but when I went to pick up our order, sales person "B" was so helpful that I decided to buy something else from sales person "B" but, sales person "A" decided they were going to take the commission from sales person "B". Thats bull $!

After having a horrible experience with Lowes, I decided to try Sears. My salesman was Mitch, he was very knowledgeable on the products and wasnt pushy or anything. He stood back and let you look and ask questions.
