I am so pleased with RD Appliances. Their selection, prices and especially service, are outstanding. The staff is courteous, accommodating and so easy to work with. I especially appreciated the way they treat you, like your business is of the utmost importance to them. You do not find that very often these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and will continue to make them my preferred place for appliances. One of the best things I did in 2016 was to get my beautiful stainless side by side refrigerator from RD Appliances. Thank you so much.

This was a great experience from start to finish. After looking all weekend for a refrigerator, I finally found RD on FB on Sunday night. I sent a message and surprisingly got a message back within an hour. They provided me with prices and even pictures. I went in on Monday morning. The staff was, helpful, curtious and very knowledgeable of their products. Within 20 minutes, I shopped, purchased and scheduled delivery of my new refrigerator. I cant say enough about how great this place is.

Such an easy process! I was looking for their least expensive fridge and they were out of those, but were expecting a shipment in a couple of days, so we made arrangements for them to call me when they came in. I went to my car, about to leave when Jennifer came running down the sidewalk to let me know the shipment came early, so I went to the warehouse, chose what I wanted and had it delivered 2 days later. Would definitely use them again!

The staff were very helpful with assisting with our purchase. We knew what we wanted and they were able to help narrow our search very quickly and for a fair price. We purchased both a fridge and a washer/drier set. Their delivery driver was prompt, helpful and honest. They also offer a 90 day warranty to repair or if need be replace your purchased appliances. If youre in need of appliances for your home, this is the place to go.

I would highly recommend RD Appliances to anyone looking for a new fridge. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices. There is also a 90 warranty on their appliances. Meaning, if it breaks down they will fix it or replace it. I did have this happen, and they replaced my fridge at no charge to me with one of equal value in a timely manner. They stand by their word and are extremely helpful.

Good prices for nice refrigerators. Worked with Gabi. She was so sweet and helpful. Purchased and delivered same day! Will definitely be recommending friends and family to them. Had an issue with the delivery guy Joe but he is separate from the company. A contractor they hired to delivery temporarily. They gave us extra warranty for the issue. Was very pleased. Great company!

We received excellent service. The people are very friendly and know each of the appliances well enough to explain the features in detail. The price was great, and we got a free warranty as well. We will definitely go here first if any of our other appliances go out unexpectedly like our refrigerator did.
