I still want people to know what happen but I added more information to my review. Im adding to my review and updating the rating of my review because I believe in giving credit where it is due. I got a personal call from Jacob another store manager, forgive me if I got the name wrong. I also got a response from Karen the owner and they voiced their concerns and took good care of me. Jacob gave me more discount for the damage that occurred during the transportation and apologized for the situation the other manager put my wife and in. Thats great customer service. Thanks Previous review read, That was my first and last time going to this particular outlet because the the customer service in the store was poor, the sales person Gloria lied to our faces, and the manager Waldo couldnt make a decision on his own. The store wasnt that busy so we went in and found a good deal on our freezer but a sales person didnt acknowledge us for about 15 mins but he had a customer so we waited another 15 mins until Gloria came up and she told us all we wanted to hear just to get the sell. We purchased the freezer and went to the dock and Gloria had told us that they would bubble rap it and put it on the truck but the dock supervisor told us they didnt do that and I had to sign a paper saying I take full responsibility. He eventually tried to accommodate me by putting some cardboard and thin plastic rap around and put it on the truck. I asked at that time if we should lay it down but he told it wasnt a good idea because of the oil in the freezer so I asked him about rope to keep it from falling and he told me I had to buy it. I went back in the store and purchased an 8 dollar rope and dock supervisor tied the freezer in the standing position. My wife and I drove about 5 miles down the road and the freezer fell over and hit the tailgate really hard so I returned to the store to see what my options were and thats when I met Waldo. Waldo couldnt decide what to do so he started making phone calls and after about 30 mins he said I was responsible and he couldnt do anything. While was working on getting freezer secure for the second time he then proceeded to tell my wife the if the freezer didnt work to call parts and labor to see what they could do for us and if by chance they couldnt help he could look the other way and replace it. I was also promised a call the next day from someone in the store to see if the freezer worked but it didnt happen. I hope this review helps someone. Never going to this store again.

I went in on Monday looking for a wash machine I told the sales woman Tiffany I would be back on wed after doing my research on the appliances... I come back in at the time I saw two employees and one customer so we decided to look around until someone greets us. 15 min and 5 sears employees later someone finally says " need help" I simply asked the employee why 5 other employees walked past me and said nothing not even a hello... the man replied with a disgusting disrespectful attitude "were short staffed need a job" NO OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE IN THE STORE! I was furious that he said that I then said Ill take my services elsewhere and he said "whatever" and walked away! I have never been treated this way at a store all I wanted to do was purchase the LG wash machine and leave we had been looking for days... now I will pay more money and never shop at sears again... I am disgusted they would even hire such a person.. when I called to try and speak with the manager they hung up on me TWICE! Worst experience ever!

Sears Outlet , Mesquite Texas location . Purchase several appliances total dollar amount spent 3k , when delivery took place the refrigerator was damaged along with the interior of the home , had the interior fixed , Sears two managers store manage Kendrick, Assistant manager Jason would never follow up or follow through with the damage to one o the units would not take calls and always promised to get me an answer for damaged unit on what they would do to fix damaged unit, after eight weeks have canceled my Sears credit card , FYI Sears has sold the outlet stores making a purchase at these locations dont expect any customer service do expect damaged merchandise and damages by the careless delivery team . Going back to purchase all my appliances at Lowes & Home Depot , Sears will continue to close their stores until thy are all gone which will be doing the potential customers a favor

Michelle and Todd, are personable and nice. Their organizational system is screwed up very bad. The delivery service used out of Houston is BAD. It took 6 attempts to deliver appliances and they refused to carry up the stairs, delivered the wrong items, forgot to deliver items, didnt have payment details, mis scheduled, went to wrong address, couldnt install, was confused and consumed too much time getting repeat phone calls from Houston/drivers/installers and arguing with people. As noted, Michelle and Todd are basically fixing other peoples errors all day. It is too complicated to complete a purchase from this company to make it worth the transaction. Unless it is free, go somewhere else

Store staff nice. Delivery guys terrible. One was on his phone most of the time during exchange of refrigerators. Had to open both doors to get through our front door. Husband in back watching to make sure the fridge did not tear up our phantom screen. He was unaware items in refrigerator side not taken out yet. I was not home. Inside was my eye drops ($100) worth. I know, we should have taken care of them, but a good service rep would have pointed that out to my husband. THEN they put freezer drawer door on new item on wrong. Husband had to get them back to re-do. Still not right. Freezer frosting over. Having manufacturer rep come fix. Never buy from them again.!!!!!

I bought what I thought was a sealy mattress and boxspring. it was a queen set on display in store. But when they delivered it...it was the wrong product. It was not a sealy! Instead; it was some poorly constructed pieces of wood, fabric, plastic and staples! Whatever this was that they were passing off as a quality Sealy mattress and boxspring was 500 dollars! LMAO! The whole set looked and felt like it should have cost 100 bucks! plus; it had no sealy tags on it! Of course, I wanted to get my money back. Sears had no problem with this. However; Sears did not want to refund the delivery charge. I will not be doing business here again! If

I ordered one item and another of a lot less quality was delivered. The store claimed it was a mix up in item numbers and that the one they tried to deliver was the correct item. The problem is that the website showed pictures of the item to show when it was damaged. This was not even the same model so I declined delivery. The driver said he saw it, the one in the picture I had from the web site, at the store but was told to deliver the one he had. Now being told that since i declined delivery they will just refund my money. I feel they should pay the extra shipping to have one delivered from another outlet.
