Very upset!!!! When you call the store up to five times in a row and still nobody answers it gets ridicilous! This isnt just a one time thing. This has been going on ever since i moved to this area almost 3 months ago, me calling during different days, different times, and different hours. I have two little kids an infant and a toddler so when looking for something specific i want to make sure its in the store first before packing them in the car and driving for over 30 mins. Spent over half an hour on the phone this morning listening to the phone riglnging and nobody picking it up, trying to find out if this store has a hair salon, since i used to go to a jcp salon before i moved here. Went to pay my bill 2 days ago. Stood by customer service over 15 minutes with no cashier in sight. Went around the store trying to find one. Finally found an employee who paged one. Waitied another 5 minutes for one to show up. At least when she finally got there she was friendly and helpful. (This was about 40 mins before store closed so they werent busy) Guess you guys have lost a customer. More actually. My sister has had the exact experience with you. Closing my card here and going to find a store thats actually excited to serve its customers.... P.S. When and IF a JCP representative or an employee actually reads this, please do let me know if you guys have a beauty salon at the store. Thank You

Bad experience. Had $20 rewards to spend but walked out emptyhanded bc the shopping experience was so bad. Piles and I mean PILES of unfolded clothes everywhere in the Ladies/Juniors sections. There were many tables like this..definitely more than 5 in the department but Id say at least 10 display tables. I couldnt even see what they were attempting to sell me and I actually attempted bc hey, I had $20 to spend! It was a mashup between a tornado wreckage and a garage sale gone wrong. Even along the MAIN walkways where clothing should be showcases for marketing purposes. I moved onto the clearance section (which was large..prob due to not moving inventory properly), I had difficulty finding my size because of unmarked racks. It was overwhelming to try to go through 5 long aisles of racks with no signs directing me to my size. Next stop, the shoes. Selection was geared to an older age group but I continued to look. Boxes where stacked so high on display tables, my 53" frame was on tiptoes just to see the shoes. There was a display shelf along the wall that intrested me but even on tiptoes I couldnt see the items. So I finally left...i guess Ill attempt to use my reward bucks online. This store location is definitely not an option. Also, I ran across only 2 workers in the store. No one was working to straighten the clothing disasters.

WOW! In all my time at various JCPenney stores, I have never had an experience like this one. Entering the store and seeing a cash register area that was not busy we asked for direction and suggestions for clothing needed for a wedding. The young lady listened intently, sized up the woman, asked about style preference and then took us to a part of the store that might have taken an hour or more to find on our own. Within the next hour, choices were made, fittings were finalized and the checkout experience at the same cash register area was fast and efficient. The young lady that helped us was pleased that we had such success and made us want to come back again.

Our pug was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. Molly at the portrait studio allowed us to bring him in for pictures (despite the fact that it wasnt a "pet day"). She also gave us a free sitting fee and 8x10. The pictures themselves are beautiful and we were in and out within 30 minutes. We plan on frequenting this portrait studio many times in the future!

Terrible!!!!!! Plus due to the fact I didnt have e-mail as address, she wouldnt give me the 15% discount...... DISCRIMINATION!!!!! IVE TRY TO CALL THE STORE 3 DAYS STRAIGHT, NO DEPARTMENT WOULD ANSWER, NOT ENOUGH OPERATOR.... WHILE I WAS THERE, I WAS TOLD, A MANAGER WASNT AVAILABLE!!!!! CUSTOMER LOST...........

It astounds me how this jcpenny fails to remove the antitheft devices every time. This time it was a suit jacket which caused me to be late to an event as I had to go back to jcpenny to have it removed.

Yesterday, I went in to buy a new pair of running shoes. I head to check out and was rudely greeting by Elizabeth. Not only was she short and unpleasant she failed to remove the tag from my shoes.

Bought a ton of stuff on sale you have to really hunt to find your size unless you are a 2 thru 4 but great sale a bit clutered and crowded but i dont mind that.
