I called to check stock on an item here that I saw on their website for my boss. Well the first time I called I was transferred and placed on what appeared to be on hold but there is just a blank line-nothing indicating that you are "holding". After holding for quite some time my phone rang ( I am the receptionist for my organization) so I had no choice but to place the call on hold to which of course they must have picked up and disconnected my call even though we have on hold music on our end but whatever. Its okay for me to hold for infinity but not them. So when I finished up the call I called right back and the gal explained she didnt get an answer before and thinks they come in around 1:00 today and asked if I could call back. Well what other options do I have unless I want to make the drive only to find out they dont have it-hence WHY I am calling. So I call back a little after 1:00 to give that person some time to "settle" in but when I called I was transferred to their "customer Service" and the phone just rang and rang. Finally it connected me back to the original lady that answered the phone and I explained to her there was no answer. She told me to hold and she would try them again. Well the phone rang and someone picked up and sounded like they just hung the phone right back up. I suppose they thought I would just give up so I called back again and told the lady that I was disconnected. She placed me on hold for infinity and finally came back and said no one answered? I replied back no maam. She stated let me try to page someone. I waited for infinity again only for some lady with a thick accent to pick up the phone and ask what I needed. I explained yet again that I needed to verify that they had an item in stock that I see on their website. She stated has anyone been helping you with this already-I told her no. She states she will page someone in Toys. So I wait again. Still waiting. Still waiting-ah finally she picks up and states she has tried to page someone in Toys but no one answers her. Lovely.....she stated that sometimes items on the internet they dont sell in their stores. Well how would you know?? You havent even asked me what the item is??? Seriously THANKS FOR YOUR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WASTING MY TIME. Now I have to go tell my boss that all I got from Wal-mart was a huge run around!

I did not have a pleasant experience at this particular location. I actually never do so Ill take that extra drive from now on to go to the other location. The staff is normally rude and there are never enough lines open. What prompted my review today was a particular employee at the customer service counter. I had just bought ink less than 16 hours ago and when I put it in my printer, one of the cartridges was faulty and appeared to have not been full when it was placed in my printer. Unfortunately, when you purchase ink, you cannot buy a specific color with the Epson brand. You have to buy all of the colors together. I came to this Walmart since its closer to my house even though I purchased it by my school. I tried to return the ink and the lady was nonchalant saying its our policy not to take back open cartridges. I told her I understand the policy but I just bought it and one of the cartridges wasnt working properly. She did not care and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. She just said "next" for the next customer to come because clearly it wasnt her problem. I understand policies and that they are implemented in order to keep customers from abusing the system. However, it wasnt fair to me that the ink was faulty. It isnt even Walmarts fault because they expect the manufacturer to send them good products. It was a tough situation but the way the employee handled it was not helpful because after all, I did buy it from a Walmart and had my receipt. A manager at another location took care of my issue by allowing me to exchange the ink out and my printer is working fine now. That was real customer service because even with a stern policy, the manager at the location about 5 minutes up the road made sure that I was taken care of with a situation that was out of both of our control whereas I was just told I couldnt be accommodated due to a policy at this location. I definitely wont be back to this location because its always something.

The store parking lot needs cleaned...there were buggies all over the place, cardboard boxes empty and just left to rot. The deli section was closed. Explain why Walmart employees were being helped...(in the dark with no gloves)...NOT customers. The womens bathroom needed CLEANED including stocked! The clothes section was a disgrace not to mention the employees that work the section. There was an employee standing behind the counter in womens dressing area. I asked her if I could try on an item. She looked at me and said...I dont know ask her and pointed to a different lady. The lady behind the counter just standing there could have smiled and said a nicer response. I am currently experiencing this type of help in most Walmarts with employees over the age 55. Hirer younger with more enthusiasm in there personality!!!!!!!!!! I am NOT confused why Walmart is going down hill when you hire people that should be retired!!! Sam Walton kept the stores employees on their feet. Now.... The Corporate Officers dont seem to care about the stores or the employees. Customers make the EMPLOYEES jobs hard to maintain a clean facility This is mainly in the lower income section and the southern part of the USA....SAD!!! Have pride in the stores and make your employees Respect their jobs! The customer is the one that suffers.

This Walmart is my neighborhood store. Most of my shopping is done at this store. I shopped Sunday 11/22 and I was so disappointed. The service was horrific. I requested help in 3 departments and not a single employee assigned to these department ever showed up to assist. My shopping time was doubled, perhaps tripled. My time is important and I am unhappy that Walmart does not show the consideration for their patrons by adequately staffing up for what going to be their highest profiting quarter for the year. I feel that this store seriously let me down. You would think that the company is aware that between now and January 15, 2016 is going to be havoc. So why dont you beef up the staff accordingly? If I were the manager, I would rather take a hit on the financials and have my store populated excessively meaning, 2-3 employees assigned to a respective department for every shift and EVERY cashier line open even if the cashier has to stand their for 8 hours and only checking out 2 people. Service is everything. I think that you would find that your business would increase if word got out that THIS stores shopping experience was great because your service was instant which would increase your profits. Sometimes you have to take a hit in order to move forward.

1758 Cobb Pkwy-Best store customer service and very clean delightful bathroom! Way to go 1785 Cobb pkwy store.............. #5390 Carrie Underwood store is nasty as a Chicken Coop. Floor look like a heard of horse ran threw and kicked Carrie in the face. Maybe thats why her attitude to the customers and employees is such a detrimental pie hole. You secretly pulled employees from the Johnson ferry store and your an alley bat loud and Ghetto. No one likes your loud nasty attitude. you treats your employees like slaves. Your not superior woman!!! I told you about you nasty chicken coop bathroom, the floors, the vent in the ceiling is dropping dusty mites in your hair, your tampon cabinets have been empty for a year, your stainless steel walls never get sanitized your germ level in there is off the ! You speak loudly and unprofessional to the employees and the Korean man that cleans the bathroom you treated him like a dog. I treat my dog better with more respect than you do your employees. Mrs. Claire and Mr. Terrell are the best cleaners in that #5390 store. When THERE OFF YOUR BATHROOM SUCK DEARLY! Get a life you racist and change your nasty unprofessional attitude, and crying not going to change who you are woman!
