Ive purchased two charcoal grey Calvin Klein suits there. Got me through a job interview. The cost of each was $250. I would rate the suits i purchased at a 6.5 out of 10 in terms of quality. Stand alone pants are nice, if they have your style and color preference. Sport coats are very nice. Tailor on hand is great and has over 20 years experience. Sales folks are friendly and have a great sense of style, as they helped me pick out some ties. Shoes are hit or miss, as they have never had black tie ups, in my size. Ive purchased 3 watches from them on the cheap ($20 -$75) and 2 of them broke on me after about 8 months of wear and they were too costly to fix. Dont have many shirts sized 16.5 and 36/37 sleeve.

Improve your customer service to a professional standard. My experience was fine until checkout. The register took awhile and a family in front of me had things sprawled out into the aisles. People had no direction on where to line up and two lines started forming. A backup cashier appeared and started taking patrons from one line only. There was no acknowledgement of the other people waiting that arrived well before others. I hate to say this, but I have better service at Walmart. You are Nordstroms and I expected better.

Everytime i come into this store their service is horrible.The cashier seems bothered.Not to mention if you ask questions thier favorite answer is I dont know. Being in the customer service world i never say I dont know.It should be let me find the answer for you. This is the last time i waste my time at this store.So many other places to shop were your business is appreciated.

Great finds! This is a treasure hunt my friend... Sometimes you find the most amazing things, sometimes you leave empty handed. Here is a hint though... When you are done shopping skip the line and ask any employee to check you out. They will do so on the spot and you get to saunter out the door grinning at everyone waiting in line at the checkout.

Great selection of womens shoes & clothes. Housewares is slacking, handbag area needs more attention--extremely disorganized and messy. Checkout line is a bit confusing as people line up on both sides of the aisle merchandise -- should have better signage. Employees are always pleasant and offering assistance.
