HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I can not begin to explain how dissatisfied I am with Sears at this point. We purchased a refrigerator LESS THAN a year ago and it stopped functioning. It first began with making a loud noise which turned into a total failure in functioning. It took Sears 5 days to get a technician out and we lost ALL of our food. That was over $200 in food we discarded! Initially when we called, the person on the phone said the issue was the door not closing properly and advised us that the install guys most likely failed to raise the front of the refrigerator which led to the malfunction. He also told us to fix the fridge ourselves! We called every day after in a panic as we noticed the fridge no longer cooling. But Sears doesnt have an "after hours" repair person. Their emergency repair services only work during "regular" hours. NOT after hours! The repair man (when he arrived 5 days after the malfunction began) explained that a tube had been leaking and leaked on a fan which froze, which led to the freezer and refrigerator ceasing to work. He fixed the tube and told me that we will be able to claim the food loss and gave me a number to call.. I called the number and was told to go to a website and file a food loss claim. A few days later "Mina" from sears leaves me a vm stating my claim was denied! It was denied because the tubing didnt actually need to be replaced! Just fixed. I called back and was so rudely told by "Maria" that there was NOTHING that could be done. When I asked for the situation to be escalated, she offered me a $50 check and then told me that a manager wasnt going to be able to do anything for me. I am now waiting the 48-72 hours for a call back from a manager to see if they will help. I have ALWAYS liked Sears and my family and I do enjoy shopping in their store, but I will be damned if I set another foot in their failing department store! They WILL NOT get another cent from me. I am horrified that they will sell a product, admit to it failing to properly function, treat loyal customers with such callused rudeness, and not replace what was lost! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!

We bought a washer and dryer, refrigerator, patio furniture, and water softener. Everything was difficult. We spent about 5 hours on 3 different trips just making the purchases. First the washer and dryer was delivered. The delivery person was not on time, and crushed the exhaust for the dryer. I had to go get another one. Then the day of the remaining 3 items being delivered, they were not on time and in fact they forgot to bring the patio furniture and the water softener. They didnt call to tell us they would be 3 hours late. When I called them they couldnt even find the purchase of the water softener and the patio furniture we had made just one week prior. They surely took our money though. We finally found someone at the store who seemed to care. Everyone else just wanted to pass the buck and transfer us to someone else. Talking about a big company that doesnt care anymore.

To simple. Go Sears to get à coffee maker and haïr drier. Both bound to be upstairs. Found the coffee maker and now to hair drier. But where? Finally find à sales person who does not know where they are, period. No help and hé is back on his phone. Downstairs looking carrying coffee maker. Ah, go to cashier station, waiting for any one to show up. Waiting, no cashier to ask or to pay for coffee maker. Waiting......left coffee maker and ON TO TARGET!!! Never to return. Saw store manager on the way out to ask why no cashiers at counter. She said sorry and up the escalator she goes. AGAIN..SEARS...NEVER AGAIN

I was very upset today Nov 24, 2015. I came in wanting to buy a space heater but they only had a few on the shelf. Its practically winter and they forgot to order heaters. They had plenty of air conditioners though. I think its crazy for a store like Sears to not have the basic winter supplies. The next problem is the fact its 60° in the middle of the day and they have the air conditioner on. Im fine outside in shorts and a t-shirt but inside this place its freezing. Who is in charge of the ordering of merchandise and whos in charge of the central air? Both people should be replaced.

I ordered a Kenmore Elite washer, and the machine unbalanced itself and knocked itself out of place 1 1/2 feet. I have a small child at home, who Im lucky did not injure my child. Sears has been giving me such a hard time. They sent 2 technicians out to my home (which I had to miss work for). They were unable to resolve the situation. I have to wait another month for a replacement part (so I havent been using the machine). Customer service hasnt been helping at all. Sears used to be such a great company. Do yourself a favor. NEVER BUY FROM SEARS!!!!!

so i called sears asking if they sold penny loafers 4 my school and they took 4 evr to put me thru to sumone that new all of the shoes they sell at first they asked who i was asking for and when i told them they were stupid they got rude w/ me??????? like dufuq they should be kissing my feet cuz i basicaly pay dem. i was on hold for over an hour when i finally got the dissapoining knews that they no longer had any. after i cussed dem hoes out they hung up on ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 i am beyond pissed. DO NOT TRUST SEARS EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!

Like shopping online and picking stuff up in store. Tons of coupons and offers for me. I have spent so much money there lately its crazy. Not sure I will shop there once my tool collection is complete. Until then Ill be a loyal customer. I love their loyalty rewards program. Their marketing person made these promotions just for me it seems. Get 10 free bucks here and there pull me in way too often. I got some free socks and earned enough points for some free saw horses and irwin clamps. Cant beat free.

Return policy is one of the worst around. Was a week past the 30-day policy which I wasnt expecting my money back, but at least an exchange or gift card. Nope. Both cashier and manager Ashley had their cell phones in their pockets. Manager had to silence her phone because it was ringing while speaking to me. Arent you supposed to be working? Why do you need your phone to cashier or fold clothes? Unprofessional to say the least. Wont be back.

Can I give a less than 1 star. The sad part is my complaint was not with the sales staff directly. I waited 25 minutes to do a return in a line with 5 other customers,while we heard calls overheard for assistance to both tools and mens. Assistance from a manager whom I can only guess was busy handling complaints about the lack of staff help in the store over all,or the fact that it was 100 degrees in the store.. Hands down bad experience

I shop here all the time for QUALITY clothes, bed linens, small appliances, watch repair and more. On occasion, I go to the website first and see whether or not something is in stock, then I go to the store to purchase it. If they dont have an item I am looking for, they are very helpful in placing an order for my item to ship to me or to the store. I really dont know what I would do without this store at this location.
