software is sold without the option of return. I bought software this isnt up front before you buy anywhere in the store, they will not back you up by just answering a simple question, it always comes down to a hundred dollar membership with the jerk squad. my software was sticking, the number for sony that the store gives says go to the internet , the 800 number for sony you get online works but they have you hold for only a minute and hang up then you have to call back. IT WAS SIMPLE AS THIS AND BEST BUY DIDNT HELP ME WITH IT. Upload windows ten a friend said I did that and it worked. CAN YOU AMAGINE THAT. THEM HAVING THE ANSWER AND IT WAS FREE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TELL ME. READ THIS PLEASE, MOST PEOPLES COMPUTERS ARE JUST LIKE MINE. YOU WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM. YOU BUY BEST BUYS SOFTWARE AND THEY DONT ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION , THE SOFTWARE ISNT RETURNABLE AND NOT DISPLAY OR ALERTED TO YOU THAT WAY. SAVE YOURSELF A PROBLEM AND DONT BUY HERE. IF YOU DO , DO THE WORK AND CHECK THE SUPPORT OPTION TO SEE IF ITS THERE BEFORE YOU BUY. DONT SEE THE NAME SONY AND ASSUME YOUR GOOD TO GO.

Over-priced and over-rated. The staff are kids who seem like theyre right out of high-school. They know NOTHING of the products they sell and are more concerned about pushing things on customers they dont need. As a tech consulting business owner, Ive shopped here before and when I act as though I know nothing about tech while here, the sales kids seemingly tell me things I NEED when in fact that couldnt be further from the truth. I guess commission takes center stage here. Not to mention their Geek Squad has been sued several times for taking customers pictures off their computers and uploading them to the internet without permission, and recording them taking showers while on-site to do work. AVOID at all costs.

If i could put 0 stars i would because we recently ordered a stove and had paid the extra money to have them install it. So they came out and when they first brought it in it looked good but after looking at it I found there was a dent on the side. Then mid install they say they could not install it because they dont have the fitting to connect the gas line so they stopped and left. I had called up their manager and told them there was a dent in the side of the stove and they said its not their job to fix that. So i am NEVER ordering from them again because of their lack of responsibility and services. Hope this helps you to sway away from here. :)

Took my HP laptop into BestBuy to have them check it out and after explaining to the tech what happened he knew just what to do. He fixed it in about 2 minutes flat. Took the battery out and pressed start for 45 seconds and voila it came back to life. NO CHARGE! I asked several questions about saving pictures from old hard drives and e showed me how and the cable was not very expensive. I asked about Office plans... new power cord...and new battery, about flash drives and he answered all my questions. I even saved $51.00 on my purchase. Thank You Best Buy!!!

Awesome customer service here. Ive bought a few phones and used the geek squad protection on them, always been quick to get me in and out with a loaner phone and call when my phone is back(usually comes back faster than other best buys too). Got a new SIM card made activated and out the door within 15 min after I messed mine up. Just recently had to get proof of purchase for insurance on my laptop I bought here well over a year ago and they were able to to have a receipt remade for proof of purchase quickly and with no hassle at all.

They were supposed to deliver a stove within the hours of 4-8pm. Received a call around 1pm stating they would be there in 30 minutes which was not within the 4 hour window given to me. Delivery associate got an attitude when I told him I could not make it by then. I ended up waiting from 4-8 like was originally scheduled. NO SHOW. Needless to say I got my money back and will purchase elsewhere.

Staff was arrogant, immature kids, extremely unhelpful. Acted as if they were doing me a favor. Wanted to test product prior to purchase and was told not to worry about it & it will work. Walked out never to return. A lot easier to go next door or just order via my amazon account knowing amazon has easy return policy. Cant see how they stay in biz.

No help at all. Stood around while the employees stood around ignoring me. Asked to speak to a manager. Waited for the manager. Manager never came. Attached picture shows how busy they were. I think maybe 3 other customers in the store. Plus the shelves were empty. Seemed like they were going out of business. I can understand why...

Literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had in the "One Stop" mobile shop. I came in with two working devices and after 4 HOURS I left with wrong paperwork, round plans and the wrong numbers active on my phones. I would never use this stores customer service again, EVER.

To be honest - dont bother coming here unless you really need something immediately or want to try it out in the store. The store reps are beyond useless, and have on several occasions given me advice that was just plain wrong. Their prices are also more expensive than other stores.

It is not just like the usual best buy places you see. I liked their categorization of electronics. Gaming related stuff towards one corner with PS4 console and games at one and Xbox one at other. A great collection and good customer service makes it stand out among other stores.

Ordered product on July 1 and still have not received. Havent been able to speak to a person other than recording. I said I would never buy from Best Buy about five years ago and I did this confirms I will never do it again! Brutal customer service absolutely brutal!

They sold me a five year old washer and dryer and charged me like it was new after two months of having the appliances it was recalled and i paid 1200 for it and they gave me 700 what a ripe off do not go there or at least check the year of your appliances

Daughter had hiccup with transaction accidentally being cancelled at register but the bank had already withdrawn the funds. The manager "Shana" provided excellent customer service in rectifying the situation. Funds were returned immediately.
