March 20, 2015 dropped off my projector for repair, was promptly called as to what the problem was and was told the cost to repair was $200! Paid cash in full and from there nothing else not even a courtesy call to say hey the wrong part came in (only found out of that because we went by) to then be told new part ordered to later Summer 2015 that the part was on back order. From time to time we have stopped in still same response and still no phone call after 1.5 years later of having our money and projector! We got projector back today but of course its still not fixed and we are out of $200

This company does not deserve a 1 star. They took our TV in on December the 19th and it is now March 14. No calls from them at all. Have called these people at least 10 times. They tell us that they are waiting on a part sometimes and other times that they have part and havent put it on yet. Asked for our money back and have been told that they dont refund money for parts. I guess they expect us to put the part on ourselves or to wait years on them to put it on. Stay clear of this company.

Dropped my TV off in June and Im still waiting for a call back. They said every time I call that they would fix it soon. The service is terrible. There is no communication with the customer. They have even told me that people forget about their repairs so they keep them and sell it to other people. I suggest you keep up with them if not they will sell your electronics for profit.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!! These people are a joke. Do not take ur electronics to these people. They should be charge for how they conduct business!!!! You will not receive ur property back. I reported them to business bureau.

I WASNT PLEASED WITH THE COMMUNICATION, AND THE DURATION OF THE REPAIRS. IT LITERALLY TOOK THEM A MONTH TO CALL ME BACK FOR MY TV. HE CHARGED ME FOR TWO PARTS AND ONLY REPLACED ONE. I AM HIGHLY UPSET!!!
